My experience with this Coney Island is similar to majority of the reviewers on this platform. First time visit and it will not be my last. I picked up an order of Chili Cheese Fries (with Jalapeños/Onions) paired with a Chili Coney for a friend. The customer service was was warm, friendly and engaging. You can tell the owner and the employees really care about their customers. After taking a bite of my friend chili cheese fries- I highly recommend this restaurant.

My husband got the Texas omelet and it was huge and really good he got a pancake with it and said it was super fluffy and delicious. I got a club sandwich and was happy to see thick ham and turkey not lunch meat but the real deal. I came in to pick up a DoorDash order today, and it honestly felt so good to be treated like more than just a “dasher.” The guy on the grill offered me some free soup and even added a biscuit to go with it!
Small, genuine acts of kindness really go a long way. If you’re in the area, stop by… I’m sure you won’t regret it. The atmosphere was great, and you can tell they truly care about the people who walk through their doors. The servers were so kind, too.

Unfortunately the food was cold when it got here and I can’t blame it on the Dasher because they got here quick. The main complaint is the tuna melt it was Tiny no pickle no tomato no lettuce or anything on it was very small plane and it cost $7.50.

So friendly and warm. I just needed to grab tea while on break from training. Before I left the owner gave me a cup of soup as he said no you have to eat. I didn’t need it but at that moment I was shown kindness. We need businesses that have a care for people in the community. It the chicken dumplings and it was amazing.

This place has great corned beef hash and french toast, was very fresh and tasty. This is all I have tried here so far. Just stopped in for breakfast one morning. Customer service is also great, very nice servers. I’m pretty sure other food items are good here as well.

Food here is fast and delicious! We ordered philly cheese steak sub, ham and cheese sub, cheese burger and chicken wings. Everything is hot and tastes great! Eddie the owner greets everyone and is adorable! See you in a few days! Breakfast here is the best though!

Where’s the fish? Ramsey and Ray were great when they ran the place but now I won’t go back because of the new owner Ramsey’s cousin Eddie I feel ripped me off. I ordered a fish dinner with 5 pieces of fish, I expected to be able to notice the fish on my plate but they weren’t no bigger than sardines literally, my bic lighter sitting next to them looked bigger than the fish and Eddie was the cook! I’m highly disappointed!! They lost a long time loyal customer, they should stay away from making fish dinners or go out of business, mistake turning the restaurant over to someone who doesn’t know how to run the place properly

Ramsey’s Coney Island is a hidden gem on Dix Toledo. Their portions are enormous, and the quality of food is excellent. The ham slices for breakfast are hand carved and the pancakes are light and fluffy. If you are looking for an excellent Coney that is different from the rest, give Ramsey’s a try. You and your family will not be disappointed.
