The service was very good. They where polite and catered to my specific order. However, they want to charge me $3.95 for an empty paper cup so I could get water from their machine. The only alternative was a very small child size water cup similar to what you would get at a dentist office to swish and spit. They absolutely would not give me a paper cup. That is utterly ridiculous when I just paid three times that for the food.

I was in the store on the evening January 4, 2026 and was treated very rudely by a female employee. She acted like we were bothering her, by ordering our food. She was slamming stuff, rolling her eyes and flirting not only with the other employees, but also men in line making it very uncomfortable for everyone in the store.
I don’t believe we will be back to your Qdoba in Clarksville, Indiana. I would rather spend my money at an establishment where that atmosphere is less stressful and more welcoming.

I went into the Clarksville location today and Jadynn was very patient with me. I am having some memory and brain issues and went back and forth forgetting things and she stayed patient the entire time even being the only person up there. She was courteous to every guest in the line and the food came out great. This has been one of my top experiences at this store.
