Haven’t been to any Ram’s Horn in over a decade. I had this delicious breakfast bowl, and my wife had the hot beef sandwich. Both tasted great and were good portions. The staff were friendly and attentive. The young man with the coffee pot was right on time, every time!! We will be back for sure!

I love Ram’s Horn, but lately, they’ve been letting me down.
My husband and I will go there once a month and get pretty much the exact same food each time. The quality lately is awful, the food tastes old and nasty. Even when we order a simple side of cheese fries, they are old fries and the box is not filled. I’ve attached pictures of the food we recently had. The chicken Caesar was terrible. The lettuce was dirty and had mold on it, the croutons were stale, I asked for extra dressing— the dressing cups were half empty (and they were the SMALL containers)
The chicken tasted spoiled.

The manager on the phone said she would “never charge for extra parm on a Caesar salad because that’s silly” but I asked for extra cheese and dressing… neither of which did I receive.
They overcharge for subpar food.

My to go salad…. I had ordered for pick up. Came up there with my kids picking up meals for 5 people. No dinner rolls for the 3 kids meals, no extra sauce for my burger. I wouldn’t have been able to eat without due to texture.. I’m picky as are most. I called and the manager made me a new one which I had to then leave without sitting down with my kids and their grandma to eat dinner. (I must add that his hospitality was great) I get there to pick it up. He made it himself surprisingly opened it up and showed it to me and it looked delicious but I still had to again ask for extra sauce. He handled it with a great manner and I walked out a little better spirited and headed home to eat with my kids. Ate burger and got to my salad and it was just Lettuce and a single slice of tomato. I think I’m going somewhere else from now on.

Enjoyed my Lunch here. Had the Burrito, Coffee, and Maddie my waitress was very attentive, and has a wonderful smile. Nice representation for Rams Horn.
