Great food fast friendly service.
The chile relleno was sub par not enough chili to much breading the chicken enchilada was fantastic reat chicken. The chile Verde plate was super flavorful with tons of meat I really enjoyed It. I would recommend this place for sure

This is hands down the best Mexican food in Pagosa! Probably Drango as well… maybe even the world!
Staff is super friendly and accommodating, we were in a bit of a hurry and they helped us out by getting our food out super fast.
We ordered two chicken quesadillas, but to be honest we could have ordered one and split it.
Magnificent, it came out perfectly crisp but not burt on the outside and it was full of gooey cheese and shredded chicken. Guacamole and sour cream on the side was surely home made!
Side note: free chips and salsa, also homemade! And some of the best salsa I have had anywhere.
These guys know what they are doing, this is why they have been around so long and why the locals support them! 😉
Update: stopped back in on a snowy night, i was the only person in the place, the staff welcomed me in without hesitation. An amazing group of people, Pagosa is lucky to have this place 🙂

Great food and excellent service as usual. This is the best Mexican food in Pagosa.
UPDATE: On Mother’ Day e went to another restaurant in town and waited an hour for our food (which never came) before walking out. Came here and received excellent service, even though they had a large party seated before us. We were seated right away, received our drinks and food within 20 minutes. Such a delight! They also gave me a red rose for Mother’s Day after we finished. Love coming here.

Really nice place close to pagosa springs. Went on a Sunday and they had a buffet breakfast table for 13.99 with a variety of foods. Very delicious and staff was very friendly. Great atmosphere.

Ramon’s serves wonderful Mexican food. They have some of the best Mexican food I’ve had recently.

As a local AZ Foodie, my expectations were curbed, but the food was actually pretty good. This is the 4th year in a row that we have visited the area and eaten here. Tacos are delicious but I’ve noticed a chage to their salsa; more watery than years past. Service is always good and the food comes out quick. Give it a try.

After an 8 hour drive nothing says Colorado like fajitas at Ramons. We had mixed chicken and beef. We thought we would have leftovers but we ate the whole damn thing. Very fresh, fresh tasting salsa n chips, good friendly service. My only negative is the automatic 2% charge on credit card payments.
