Their ramen is the best I’ve had since moving to Central Florida. The broth is rich and delicious. The only downside is that the chashu pork is sliced a bit too thin, so its flavor doesn’t really come through. The chicken karaage is perfectly fried and tastes great. The service is excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I had just gotten back from a trip to Japan and was craving some ramen and immediately thought of heading to Ramen Takagi. Ramen takagi was delicious . They’re gyoza was pan seared with a crispy exterior and soft juicy interior. You can taste the ginger in the gyoza which reminded me of Japan. I feel like many places here in America that serve gyoza stray away from the ginger due to the American palette. I love that Ramen Takagi keeps it authentic

The Tonkotsu ramen was very good, broth was creamy, fragrant, rich but not too rich. For me the broth could use a little more salt/tare but that’s my preference. It’s still very good and I ate the entire bowl. The Ajitama is 11/10, perfectly marinated, I ate it so fast I contemplated ordering another one!

The spicy cucumbers were delicious as well and the portions were great for the price which is very rare nowadays. They actually had a small kick to them as well

I’ve been here a few times and this place is very deserving of a good review. Consistency is key for me and it’s been perfectly consistent every time Ive visited. I always try to visit a place 3/4 times before I leave a review. Staff were all great and treated me great, I will definitely keep coming and wish this place all the success! Please don’t change and thank you chef!

1st timer and went with my wife and had the Signature Garlic Ramen. It was terrific! The egg melts in your mouth and is incredibly good + we ordered the Gyoza and sauce and Karaage (crispy and big fried chicken thighs pieces) with spicy mayo. Employees appeared happy they were at work and were all diligent and attentive. We sat at the bar and it was fun watching the chefs cook and prepare the food as well. Ingredients are fresh and flavorful. We’ll be taking the rest of the family back for sure!

hands down the best ramen place in the orlando area. the food is incredibly fresh and high quality. my family and i usually sit at the bar in front of the kitchen when the tables are full. my go-to order is the tonkotsu bowl – the pork literally melts in your mouth. the servers are always sweet and attentive! if you’re looking for ramen in the orlando/oviedo area, you cannot pass this place up

Ramen Takagi’s seasonal ramen is outstanding! Sweet soy chicken broth, thinly sliced picanha, onsen egg, roasted tomato, and scallion! The steak was as tender as filet and had an amazing smoky flavor to it! I’m usually a tonkotsu man, but this was a welcome change of pace! I also learned while I was there that they have onigiri too, so I grabbed a fried chicken, corn & mayo one, and it was also delicious!

Takagi probably has the best Ramen in the Orlando area! We love this place. This time we ordered the Signature Garlic, Black Tonkatsu, and smoked salmon Onigiri. All the ingredients taste high quality and are seasoned to perfection. We have been coming periodically for a few years and it never disappoints. Come try it for yourself!

This ramen was made by someone with LOVE. Everything tastes very fresh and authentic. I just moved to the area and wanted to find a good ramen spot close by since a lot of them are by the downtown/Mills area. Did not disappoint, this is my new spot!! Ramen broth tastes like a warm hug. Only critique is wish their menu was bigger to try more of their creations, I’m sure they would be fire.

Hands down my favorite ramen spot! The flavors are rich and comforting, every bowl feels like it’s made with real care. The broth is incredible, the noodles are always perfect, and the toppings are just right. My go-to order is the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and the karaage (Japanese fried chicken), which is crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and just addictive. The service is always friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better.

Stopped in for an onigiri (rice ball) and karaage (fried chicken) snack and we were blown away! We’re Japanese, but not really into ramen. We have been all over Japan and have never eaten karaage this good anywhere! We ordered extra to go. Can’t wait to go back for more.
