Not what I was expecting. That was a bad idea. Sorry but parts of the restaurant smells pretty bad. Table was dirty that I was sat at had to ask waiter to wipe it first. Parking is not a whole lot here. No handicap parking folks sorry. The food was hot but not good. Menu dirty and old. Need to put some ac in there as well. Please show more attention to the customer. Saw a table of 4 get refills but I did not get any refills as I did not want to cause a scene I paid the bill and left.

I’ve been going here whenever I’m in Madison for the last couple years and I’ve loved it every time! The staff is great and the place is super nice. The food is absolutely amazing, I’ve gone to madison just for this place thats how much I love it. I read the other reviews and I’ve never smelled anything bad, the place usually just smells like the amazing food they serve there. It’s very cool I love the interior design, the walls and the seats are fun to look at. Overall this place is great and I cant wait to go back soon.

I am from out of town and wanted to try some sake and ramen. I ordered sake, ramen and spring egg rolls. The egg rolls came out after a while and at the same time as the ramen. The egg rolls were over cooked to the point where they were almost burnt. I never got my sake and nobody came to my table to check on me. I didnt even get a refill on my water. I had to go up to the register to ask for my tab so I can finally leave. Would’ve liked to come back and try a few dishes but not after today.

Having lived the authentic ramen experience in Japan, I’ve spent years searching for that same soul-warming quality in the U.S. It is incredibly hard to find—especially in Wisconsin—but Ramen Station is the real deal. The biggest game-changer for me? After developing a gluten allergy, I thought my ramen days were over. Not here! They offer gluten-free upon request, and they are fantastic. The food always arrives piping hot, the service is consistently excellent, and the flavors are spot-on.
Pro-tip: Their takeout containers are high-quality and perfect if you can’t finish a whole bowl in one sitting. Hands down, a 5-star spot!

We went to Ramen Station when they were opening. Upon entering, we noticed there were 3 people sitting at the ramen bar, eating. The server took forever to lake our order and we noticed no one was in the kitchen once the two tables in the restaurant had ordered. It dawned on us that the 3 people sitting and eating at the bar, were the cooks. Joyfully finishing their meal, while tables were sitting there waiting for their food. After about 10 minutes of waiting, they finally got up to make our food. The food wasn’t worth the wait, very mediocre at best. Also at the end of the meal I ended up looking in my glass to find this weird white stuff floating in the bottom of it. Go somewhere else!

Amazing food!
We found this on Google Maps and we are so glad we stopped.
We started with the bao specials and they were so good. The gyoza was flavorful and perfectly cooked.
We got 2 different ramen and both were flavorful. The hibachi was tasty with a generous portion of vegetables and rice.
We highly recommend this place.

My boyfriend & I, we have been passing Ramen Station for about 5 years on our commute to work. Today we decided to try it before our badger game. He got a Miso Ramen & I got one of their spicy sesame ramens, along with the spring rolls. The spring rolls were AMAZING! However, our ramen had NO flavor. We kept saying to one another, is this just cloudy water? Green onion, corn, fish cakes, bean sprouts were as plain as could be. I asked for a bit more spice & added a lot into the ramen and nothing helped enhance the flavor. We hardly ended up touching our ramen and packed it up to take home to try and fix. We are so dissapointed that there was no flavor to our meal. We were so excited especially because the spring rolls were fresh, crispy and so flavorful. We are unsure if this was an off day, but a 49¢ top ramen is way better than what we had.

I had a wonderful dine-in experience here right before covid, so I convinced my family to try some takeout with me recently and they LOVED it!
My mom went for basics and tried the chicken fried rice which she very much enjoyed.
I got the vegetarian ramen which never disappoints. It’s super savory and rich, which is rare in most restaurants’ vegetarian options.
My dad had the tonkotsu shoyu ramen and he LOVED it.
I also got some eggplant skewers on the side which were phenomenal, so much so that my dad wanted to try some and was inspired to pick up eggplant from the store the next day to try and make our own.
Overall, 10/10 experience! Hoping to visit here again soon.

It was my first time stopping by for lunch today. Great place, fantastic ramen (great pork dumplings as well), service was good, and it had a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. If you like ramen, you can go wrong here.
