TOSH POLICASTRO
One of the best Ramen shop in Las Vegas. Regular size might be bit small for guys. It is smaller than usual Ramen shop’s Ramen in Japan for sure. Taste is close to Ramen in Japan but they can improve it.
Taste was better years back. It’s my personal opinion.

Sora Ramen Las Vegas is really good. The ramen is flavorful, well-balanced, and comforting. The broth is rich without being too heavy, and the noodles have a great texture. Overall, a solid ramen spot in Las Vegas that’s worth stopping by if you’re craving Japanese comfort food

First time visiting you got the Ramen got spicy Ramen with cold sake. It is also my first time Japanese Ramen, which is only made out of pork. The whole menu is made out of pork. It was good. The best part of a visit was the awesome customer service. I will definitely recommend to folks who don’t mind pork or want to try pork ramen for the first time.

Ramen Sora is one of our comfort food spots when we visit Vegas! We always get Gyoza and edamame as an appetizer. You can’t go wrong with the miso broth, but the Shoyu is also good! The meat is always super tender and the portion sizes are perfect. My boyfriend always gets his spicy and we both agree it’s one of the best Ramen restaurants we have been to. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. It’s always a good experience when we come here and it will always be a stop whenever we visit Vegas!

I came here with a group of friends. Delicious Shio butter ramen! The chaisui rice grilled and it was my first time trying this time of a grill protein, very sweet! Amazing and attentive staff with greetings all around.

Very delicious Ramen! They are always busy which is a great indicator of a good restaurant. Servers were pleasant and we got our food very quickly! Deffinitely will be back when in the area.

Its mid, but they make their own noodles in house. It use to be way better but I think the popular notice has wore them down to take short cuts. Use to be amazing and you still might catch them on a good night. 3.7/5

Ramen was AMAZING! By far the best I’ve had in Vegas so far. I got the Killer miso spicy umami and was super creamy, rich and spicy that just hits all my taste buds. My partner got the miso deluxe and that was delicious as well – so rich and flavorful. I understand why there’s wait line. (We forgot to take pictures). Definitely coming back and definitely recommend.

The ramen was even better than I expected! I wasn’t hungry when I walked in, but after tasting the broth, I ended up finishing the entire bowl — including the broth. The noodles were served pretty quickly too.
