I finally had a chance to check out Ramen Nori. I’m glad I did.
The happy hour menu is the way to go. The sushi is fresh and decent size. I also had the hamachi collar, it was grilled perfectly and not dry and overcooked.
Back sesame ramen was good, chewy noodles, and very hearty broth. Definitely felt full afterwards.

Such a great experience! The food was great, and my son had such a great time! It was his tenth birthday, and he wanted to come here to celebrate. The service was fast, and the surroundings were spot on. No dirty spots, and all the places were sparkly clean. Thank you Ramen Nori!

Everything here was packed with flavor and amazing, service was quick and patient with us as we were ordering. Would recommend the Dragon Roll because the flavors were amazing and presentation was amazing. 5/5 would come again and recommend. I heard that it could get rlly busy so I recommend coming when they open like us who came at 5.

Food was delicious and quite visually striking. Chirashi was spectacular, ramen was quite good. Very good value for the amount of food and quality. Food came out fast, hardly any wait. Service was excellent and quick despite the place being full.

Came on a Wednesday afternoon a few minutes before opening and there were already 4 parties in line!! But we got seated pretty quickly. Service was quick and friendliness was okay. Sushi was fresh with a beautiful presentation. Everything on the menu sounded so good. We were feeling pretty indulgent that day so ended up getting the chirashi bowl and the Wagyu Seafood bowl. Both looked so pretty and tasted fresh and delicious. Although, there is something that is holding me back from giving this place 5 stars….i don’t know if it was the fast casual feeling? Or maybe the minimal interaction with the wait staff?? I don’t know what it is, but I will still give 5 stars as it was a unique and delicious experience!! I want to come here again to try their ramen and other things

Ramen Nori in Bellevue has quickly become one of my go-to spots for a deeply satisfying bowl of ramen. The broth is rich and complex — clearly the result of hours of careful simmering — and the noodles have that perfect springy bite. I had the tonkotsu, and every component felt intentional, from the melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork to the perfectly jammy soft-boiled egg. The space is cozy without feeling cramped, the service is warm and attentive, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you’re getting. Whether you’re a ramen purist or just looking for a comforting meal on a rainy Seattle-area evening, Ramen Nori absolutely delivers.

Went for lunch! The food was phenomenal but the seating was tight. Got the shrimp delight ramen and it was amazing! The broth was full of flavor and just what you want from your ramen! The charashi bowl was to die for – many fresh thick cuts of fish. Everything was so fresh and they even included uni and creamy scallops!
Rolls were perfect and shareable! Got the salmon avacado roll and tempura roll. Both were good.
Very busy (which is a good sign) but it did feel like we were sitting with the tables next to us as we were so close out convos were easily overheard.

Ramen Nori in Bellevue is seriously amazing. The seafood rice bowl was unreal. Super fresh salmon, toro, uni, ikura, and a rich egg yolk all layered perfectly over rice. Every bite tasted clean, buttery, and indulgent without being too heavy. You can tell the fish quality is top tier and the portion was very generous.
The ramen was just as good. The broth was creamy and full of depth, the chashu was tender, and the noodles had great texture. It is the kind of ramen you keep thinking about after you leave.
Service was friendly and relaxed, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming. If you love ramen and high quality seafood, this spot is a must in Bellevue. Already planning my next visit 🙂

4/5. The food came out super quick which was awesome (we came on a Wednesday at 6 for reference) but the service was a little lackluster and they didn’t really wait on us past serving the food. It took a while to drop the check. Not a big issue though because the food was pretty good! I liked the seared salmon bowl even though it was kinda pricy, and though the pesto ramen wasn’t super up my alley, it still felt well-done. I got the eel avocado hand roll as well which was just okay. I think a crunchy aspect or something of the sort would really bring the hand rolls to the next level, but I wasn’t mad at it despite this being a little pricy as well.
TLDR: a tad pricy and the service could use some work, but the food was good and came out super quickly! Extra service star for the last bit. Would probably go here again!

Waited about half hour on a Sunday for lunch. We guess this is a Taiwanese owned ramen place since the fried calamari was Taiwanese popcorn chicken style. So lowered our expectation since it’d be American Japanese food. The pork was too fatty so neither of us finished it. Everything is pretty salty but kinda expected.
However, I love the black sesame ramen sooooo much. My boyfriend thought it was weird but as a super fan of black sesame I love it so much that ended up finishing all the soup.
