By far one of the best ramen places i’ve been to in NJ! My husband and I decided to check this place out after a friend our ours highly recommended it (they did not disappoint us). Seating inside is limited and first come first serve, but what i loved most was their ticketing system where you pay ahead of time and take a seat so you don’t have to wait to pay the check later on.

Such delicious ramen! Not overly salty and the broth taste so clean. They’re generous with the portions. We had a great meal, will definitely return!

I saw amazing Google reviews about this place. The best ramen I’ve had is either Batten Ramen in Fortlee or one in Mitsuwa food court in Edgewater.

The ramen is fabulous, and the staff is super polite and friendly. There are a bunch of different options, and every meal we’ve had here has been superb!

My favorite ramen spot. There are only a handful of ramen options but I feel that each one has been perfected. If I am craving ramen, I come here. My favorite is the wafu shoyu with chicken. This is a small, cozy ramen shop, which creates a very nice and relaxing ambiance. Just be mindful of the limited space. I usually bring 2-3 other people with me here. I think it may be difficult to get seating if you bring 6+ people during busy hours.

One of the best authentic ramen I have ever had! Places is pretty small but very quick. If you sit at the bar, you can see how they make your ramen, which I really enjoyed seeing. The ramen is not too salty so you aren’t thirsty after your bowl of ramen. Every ingredient tastes really fresh (peep the empty bowl in my pictures). Pork was so tender and had no funky smell. Noodles were so good and perfectly cooked. Every bite was very memorable! We had this after our hike at Giant Stairs 🙂

It was very satisfying. Light broth, chashu was great, noodles were cooked very well (sun noodles I believe) and the ambiance was very authentic. Nice small ramen shop, so you may expect a wait. Will be back to try other options. Kinda pricey but I get it with the cost of food etc.

Hands down best ramen in north Jersey. Strong umami with the broth. My favorite is shio but shoyu is good too. Don’t forget the add the egg and get extra chasu if you like the meats!

Pretty much as good as it gets when it comes to ramen in the neighborhood or even in jersey in general. They have Shio(salt) or Shoyu(soy sauce) broths along with Wafu Shio/Shoyu with 3 types of meat chicken chasu, pork braised or pork sous vide. The soup was hot enough, wasn’t oily, refreshing. The meat both chicken and the pork were soft and flavorful but not as fatty as one may have had in other places. The rice with chicken/pork meat wasn’t my thing but if you feeling some rice you can get a combo or extra noodles for about 3 dollars more like other ramen places. If it’s busy and you want to eat in you can leave your name and number and they can call you when a spot opens up. If not you can just get takeout or delivery through doordash but they are understaffed and might not be able to fulfill those orders. Anyways you order through a tablet at the door they take apple pay credit card samsung pay etc. Kinda similar to in Japan they got those ticket machines.
