I walked in and was greeted right away, I had an Italian sub with chicken instead of ham and added banana peppers and it was delicious!! Erin took care of me and was nice, polite, and on top of it! The restaurant was clean, even the restroom! The music set a good tone when you walk in. Not too loud but enough to be able to enjoy the music while you eat. Can’t wait to try the chipotle chicken sandwich next time!

I went in at 8:15, now I understand that’s close to closing time but I love firehouse and they disrespected my sandwich. I got the smokehouse beef and cheddar. No cheese, No bbq sauce, no mayo, and the bread was soggy. I spent 17 dollars on this sandwich and it was like eating beef shavings. I feel so disrespected right now.
