Absolutely delicious ramen! The noodles are made from scratch and the broth is sooo flavorful. We were greeted right when we walked in by the manager/owner and he gave us a walk through of the menu and their best sellers. It felt so personal and thoughtful. We sat outside under the twinkle lights and enjoyed our ramen (which came to our table quite fast!). Overall, wonderful spot for dinner. We can’t wait to return 🙂

First visit and had a hit (strawberry matcha–supposedly the fruit purees are made in house) and a MISS, ovaltine “tea” which only tastes like chocolate milk without a tea element so BIG disappointment (we feel deceived) especially with the lab in their name, I expected a better experience. Overall, will not come back. Too bad, They have some cool decor elements including fan art.

Pork burnt ends not tasty, not saucy enough. The chunks were very hard. I don’t mean burnt . But the cucumber salad was fresh and crunchy. The sauce ,it comes with was good

Love this place I run a restaurant down the street and when I leave my restaurant I come to ramen lab to eat…edamamma is the best, the ribs are mouth watering and the duck ramen is untouchable all pictured below…this place never dissapoints, all the apps are great..the poke is great, and the ramen is great they will never let you down no matter if you want noodles or rice they got you.. plus their drinks are awesome and their desserts are now much better…

Great experience I came for happy hour and got their sweet wings which were so good and I also got a chicken ramen bowl which tasted great. Mandy and Natalie were both so accommodating and made my experience great at the restaurant. Would definitely come back again

I love the pricing, the business model, the ambiance (outside), and the food. This is the place to go in Boca if you want to get an authentic tasty and affordable ramen bowl. And other Asian fare. The staff is helpful but don’t expect doting service. Go there to hang out on the patio and enjoy some comfort food with friends and/or family. Parking has been easily found nearby when going at “off” times.

The Korean barbecue ribs were so sweet and crunchy and sticky and fall off the bone delicious. We also opted for the duck Ramen we shared that and that was tasty as well. I ordered the edamame. It was OK. I’m used to it a little more crispy .. It seemed like it was steamed. The flavors were great. There’s so much on the menu that I need to try. as far as seating, there is one table inside that could fit four people. The rest are all high tops or you sit at the counter. There is an option to sit outside under the covering, but it can get wet when raining. it was very busy you need to order your food first and then sit down and they will bring it to you. I see a lot of takeout orders. For easy ordering option, There’s a screen on the counter and you can place your online order right there.

I would say that it’s not one of the best ramen we’ve ever had, and it sits firmly at a solid 3/5 ish in terms of ramen, teriyaki, and other fast casual Japanese meals.

They garnish their meals with A LOT of green onion, while it’s not necessarily a bad thing for me since I love it, but it was definitely more than I would have imagined.

The food was too salty and too sweet at the same time, it felt like it was playing off of those two specific flavours too much.

I would say it was worth it to at least try the fried cauliflower, since it was an interesting dish I never thought I would ever have.

If you have limited space on your stomach and time in Florida, I would only try something light here and not commit to the full main dish.

First time going but service was not the best. Lady at the counter had a ” I don’t want to be here attitude” and was not welcoming. When she brought my meal, she literally threw the straw for my drink on the table.

As for the ramen, I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was really good. I tried a couple of ramen shops in the area and I think this is my favorite.

Ramen Lab Eatery serves flavorful, well-balanced ramen with rich broth and fresh ingredients. The pork belly is tender, and the noodles have great texture. It’s a casual, relaxed place with quick service and consistent quality. A solid choice when you’re craving comforting, authentic ramen in Miami without the fuss.
