The origin of the word “Kobo(工房)” comes from careful and dedicated craftsmanship in Japanese. We have dedicated numerous hours in searching and handcrafting the perfect noodles that pair with our invigorating broths. We desire to bring “authenticity” to a new level and promise to continuously thrive for perfection! Enjoy Ramen Kobo!

This spot doesn’t disappoint! Authentic quality ramen. I recommend the tonkatsu and shoyu ramen. Great service. Worth the weight. I always make sure I go to Kobo whenever I am in Vegas.

Oh yea I’m going again! Wanted the Ox-tail ramen, but they had just stopped the special the week before, so got the new special instead birria ramen. It was solid, lots of tender pull apart beef, seasoning was mild, I would prefer a little heat. Enjoyed it! The black garlic broth was delicious and savory, I’ll prob get that next time. Best dish of the night was chashu pork & chicken buns.. So good no one got a pic!

My first time eating ramen and I will definitely be back. The food was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and the waitresses were very attentive, especially helping me with the chopsticks since I didn’t know how to use them . I discovered this place through Google Maps and now I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

This is my favorite ramen spot in town! I recommend it to all my friends and family, whether they’re visiting from out of state or live locally. If you’re looking for a great dining spot, this is the place.
I love that they clearly label the spice levels, and their pork belly is absolutely amazing. The shoyu ramen is my favorite, especially with the grilled chashu, and their tonkotsu broth is one of the best in town. You really need to try it for yourself. Once you compare it to other ramen places, you’ll understand why this one stands out.

The food has always been great here. Year after year, more new places open up, but this place is always on top of my favorite list. I’ve never had a bad experience with food or service, always flavorful, and if you don’t want it too spicy, just ask to have the spice on the side.

The food is good, but this place is getting a little stingy. This bowel was $17.00. There is hardly any noodles and we even paid for double meat the was non existent. Not the best business practice.

The food is good, though the menu offers limited options. However, the excellent service more than makes up for it—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. A pleasant dining experience overall.

We had a very disappointing experience. I specifically ordered mild, but was served hot, which caused serious stomach issues. My wife ordered hot and instead received a watered-down medium, so both orders were wrong.
Because of the spice, I ended up in the restroom in significant distress. When we raised the issue, there was no care or accountability from staff. To make matters worse, the manager on duty was rude and dismissive rather than apologetic or helpful.
Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. This situation could have been avoided if the order was taken properly, and it was made worse by the lack of concern afterward. We expected much better service and professionalism.

Tried this place 3 weeks ago and I would definitely go back. It does feel a little cramp in the restaurant, but enough space for diners at the bar. Dim lighting created a more private atmosphere. The tonktsu broth was superb! The pork was perfectly cooked! Just melts in the mouth. Can’t wait to go back because I just keep thinking about it. Friendly service.
