Good ramen, just wish they had some stuff with chicken and not just pork. But service was good, place was clean cod go there again.
There’s more seating than the photos I took.

The restaurant was very clean and the server was so friendly. What I like about this place is that they don’t have a separate tonkotsu ramen, but the shio and shoyu are both tonkotsu based. The broth was light and clean, perfect if you don’t like greasy ramen. The karaage was different from other ramen shops too. The chicken was really tender and tasty. I’d definitely come back again!

I visited here for dinner. It was very inviting and peaceful. I was ordering takeout, but they invited me to sit down and rest while looking at the menu.
I customized my ramen order with clear brooth and pork, instead of chicken. It was excellent! I liked the pieces of ginger that they added to, which I wasn’t accustomed to with the ramen shops that I had visited in the past.
I also ordered a pork bun, which was a little messy with the sauce, but delicious.
When I return, I will make it a point to visit again!

The Shio ramen is ok. It could use a little more umami or depth of flavor in order to compete with the best like Santouka in Mitsuwa or Tsujita in Fort Lee. The ajitama egg was a little overcooked for me as I prefer more softer yolk. It could also be marinated more for flavor. Ramen Factory is a good spot if you want ramen cravings in your area.

The service was great, and the interior was clean with tasteful wall decor — definitely a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the flavor of the ramen was quite disappointing. We tried the spicy miso and shoyu ramen, and both had an unusual taste that reminded me more of Korean Yukgaejang mixed with something else, rather than authentic Japanese ramen.
While I truly appreciated the friendly staff and the effort put into the presentation (they do serve a whole egg, which is a nice touch), the soup base and chashu just didn’t deliver

We needed a Ramen spot so bad in this area and they nailed every item on the menu!!
Tried the Karagge, crunchy and flavorful not over battered juicy chicken. Pork bun was fluffy, tasteful, light and comforting. Shoyu Ramen was delicious with very bold flavors, Miso Ramen was balanced, spicy and very authentic. Oyakodon or Chicken Rice Bowl was incredible, rice was sticky enough, delicious egg, and sace combination. Also, ordered the marinated egg to add to my rice bowl soooooo good lol.
Cant wait to go back to try the rest!!! Wishing this new beautiful business the best of the best!
Almost forgot, servers were super sweet and so on top of things. Tea was lovely

So excited for this new ramen place! Definitely better than the other options in Northvale and Closter in my opinion. Super tender crispy karaage, really tender cha Shu pork, and nice thick, milky broth. Really nice servers and so sweet too! I just have a few points on my wish list if anyone from the restaurant is reading: please make the consistency of the eggs more runny and less overdone (from pictures it does seem a little inconsistent), have the broth be a touch less salty, have an option for thicker noodles (personal preference), and have options for additional toppings like corn/other veg/etc!! 🙂

The meals are so deliciously fresh and full of amazing tastes! Portions are excellent and the price is very fair. I highly recommend this well run dine in or take out local restaurant! The two women who were there are extremely cordial, helpful and professional! You have to try Ramen Factory in Old Tappan…. Wow.

We had three appetizers: Pork Bun (the roasted pork and cabbage on the warm bun were delightful), Karaage (served with two sauces; the brined thigh meat was tender, and the fried skin was crisp), and Pan-Fried Dumplings (soft on the top and perfectly golden brown on the bottom, with a very satisfying filling). For ramen, we chose Shoyu Ramen and Spicy Miso Ramen. Both featured flavorful yet not overly salty broths and well-roasted thick cuts of pork. The seaweed, wood ear mushrooms, and bamboo shoots balanced beautifully with the noodles. Additionally, the aftertaste of all the dishes was clean. The service, interior, and cleanliness were equally impressive.

Great ramen in a Old Tappan.
Took the Shiyo Ramen, Spicy Shiyo Ramen and the gyoza for starters. They were all very tasty, rich in flavor and the eggs were half boiled to perfection. Prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere is basic with a sense of modern food chain, but in a good way. Would definitely come again to try out more of there rather limited selection.
