It was awful, not just bad. It’s crazy to me that’s the manager or owner does not have any pride in their place of business or what they do. I had a ” famous bowl” sent to me ….paid $20 for old re used corn and chicken. I could tell the food had been refrigerated and then reused. If you read the reviews it’s no surprise. I should have known better.

Manager offers “some tenders” in replacement for wings and multiple side dishes. We asked to just cancel the order as it was no biggie. He refused.
When asked for his name for complaining through corporate he refused to answer so it looks like that complaint goes to google.
Whoever refused to give his name on 12/26 @ 620pm is TERRIBLE at his job.

9/25/25 @ 12:10. I ordered the four piece meal and an extra side of mac and cheese thru the drive thru. It’s a 20-minute drive for me and never thought to check the bag. We did not get the 2 mashed potatoes or the macaroni and cheese. When I called to let them know he just said well come on down it’s here. I’m not going to pick up food that’s over a half an hour old in their window, and I told him that I was 20 minutes away. Then he says well, you can stop in and we will replace it for you another time. Really I’m pretty sure most people would like to have chicken with their mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. He went to hang up never telling me how they would know who I was. I had to ask him. He was not very nice on the phone at all and frankly sounded annoyed that he had to talk to me. I understand mistakes happen but the fact that he could not even say he was sorry for the inconvenience was really inappropriate and rude for a business.
I will say the chicken and biscuits that we did receive were good.

Service at this location was good. Original Chicken was overcooked, dry, & dark. Wasn’t as delicious this time, as in other times 4 this location. Took order 2 someone in the hosp so It was a disappointment on the chicken quality. The sides received were delicious & not over done. Biscuits were soft & tasty.

Stopped today bought 3 piece chicken tenders, with side of slaw, drink, biscuit. What a waste of money, the tenders were little thin strips the thickness of my thumb. Shame KFC was always a treat, I’ve only bought up Kittanning KFC but was down this way

I waited 15 minutes for someone to get my carry out order when I ordered online. They told me that they were waiting on the biscuits and didn’t take my name then I persisted to wait 15 minutes when someone else got my name, they grabbed my food that has been sitting there the whole time. They messed up my order and shorted biscuits. I paid $40 for a family meal that was cold and messed up.

I asked for original chicken meal and got a extra crispy , I got a breast and a very little I guess it was supposed to be a chicken wing smaller than about a inch and half big . The chicken was very dry and cold and you couldn’t eat it, it must have been sitting there for awhile.

We came at 9 they close at 10:30 we got chicken littles, nuggets, fries. The bread on the chicken littles were hard as a rock and the fries were cold and hard as well. I know that when you get food at night it can be hit or miss. But I spend $27 dollars I don’t think it’s too much to ask for it to be edible. I mean I couldn’t eat half of my meal! That’s messed up especially in the economy I don’t have money to be waste on food that can’t be eaten. 0/10 would NOT recommend!

Ordered 2 famous bowls and didn’t get chicken in either of them. I tried calling them and they don’t pick up. It goes to a dead line. It’s 2.5 hours before close and I was one of 2 people in line at the time.

Did not give me silverware for my mashed potatoes. Asked for salt and pepper and was told by the drive thru worker there wasn’t any then a manager heard him and said that there was and sent someone to go get it and fill their station. My biscuit was smashed into pieces.
