We don’t have a lot of veggie ramen options in Vegas so my wife and I were glad to find this location. Service was excellent and it’s located next to Trader Joes and several other busy restaurants. We were quiet pleased with the dinner and here is what we ordered:
Veggie Ramen: creamy and delicious broth! There were plenty of noodles and all of the veggies were fresh. Portions sizes were just right so no complaints. We prefer no ginger for next time since it was a bit too strong.
Spicy Veggie Ramen: same as above but a bit spicer.
Fuji Potatoes: crispy French fries with sour cream on top and drenched in sweet and sour sauce – what a great combo!
Gyoza: can’t go wrong here.
Overall, great ramen joint and we will definitely be coming back. Hopefully there are more veggie appetizers next time!

Was looking for a late-night spot (or just something good in general) and Ramen Ebisu ended up being the perfect pick. It’s a bit small inside, but honestly that makes it feel really cozy. The broth has real flavor, the noodles are cooked perfectly, and everything tastes super fresh. The service is quick and the staff is always friendly. Definitely one of those places you try once and immediately want to go back to. 100% recommend!

Feels like and tastes like I’m back in Tokyo from the employees greeting you in Japanese to the anisong and j-pop playing in the background.
Their thick noodles are the way to go. My default is miso tonkotsu. The tamago is cooked and seasoned perfectly. Karaage, curry, maze ramen, even the veggie ramen… The whole menu is solid. The people working have always been super nice and welcoming. Gochisosama!

Great atmosphere and cozy on a rainy day. Very convenient location in the same shopping center as the GV Trader Joes. The service was fast and pleasant, even when very busy. The chashu was good, I haven’t tried the ramen yet. I took a star off because I don’t think it’s the best in the valley and there’s a charge for the chili oil, but I’m still happy with this place and will return.

So glad we found this place one of the best ramen spots I’ve tried here in Vegas. I can see why they are on the top list of best ramen in the U.S. We ordered chicken kaarage , pork gyoza, miso ramen & matcha mochi for dessert. Great customer service and the restaurant was clean. Definitely coming back here highly recommend if you want some good ramen.

We just ate at the restaurant and honestly, the food was very good. I have nothing negative to say about the food. But the person who served us provided terrible service.
The restaurant closes at 11 p.m. We arrived before 10:30. They told us the kitchen was closed and that we couldn’t order any fried items. On top of that, they brought our food, the check, and the dessert at the same time.
I ordered a mochi ice cream, and by the time I went to eat it, it was already melted. I’m very disappointed because that is not good service. If a restaurant closes at a certain time and they still have an hour before closing, it’s not fair for you to arrive 30 minutes before and be told that everything is closed and be treated as if they just want you to leave as soon as possible.
So again, the food was 10 out of 10, but the service—if I could give it a fraction of a star, I would.

Wow this place was amazing! We had just gotten off our flight and needed some good food asap and this place did not disappoint! Very friendly service! It’s a smaller restaurant with a very good vibe and delicious food! We got everything very fast and the portion sizes were really good! If I find myself in Vegas again I’ll be back!

Someone mentioned this place on a local facebook group so we decided to come try. We were greeted immediately and the food was delicious. We look forward to coming back soon to try some of the other menu items.
The restaurant is small and cozy. It’s conveniently located next to Trader Joe’s which is an added bonus. I have a habit of shopping hungry but it’s nice to plan a quick and casual meal that isn’t fast food.

Authentic! The chasu is the best that we’ve had in Vegas. Perfectly cooked and FATTY! 🙂 THE black garlic oil broth is very tasty. Overall, a 10!
