If you’re not in the store to watch them make your order they will mess it up. It’s happened so frequently that I go out of my way to avoid this store when ordering online. Today I accidentally ordered from here and the fee to cancel was too high so I kept the order and sure enough when it arrived it was wrong. These people have no respect for your time or money

Decided to try the Caramel Craze latte instead of my regular coffee. My coworker picked them up in a drink holder. Grabbed my cup out at the office and it was so light, it’s just barely over half full. Ordered a medium and the amount of liquid wouldn’t even fill a small cup. I will say the staff has always been pleasant.

The staff at this Dunkin’ are awesome—friendly, hardworking, and always on top of things. The recent remodel looks great, but you can tell the layout wasn’t designed with the employees in mind. They’re constantly running into each other, making their jobs harder than they need to be. Great people, great service—just a not-so-great design for the workflow!

4/15/2022 at about 5:45am, we stopped there and got us a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese english muffin. I must say it was better than we expected and perfect for our fasting for lent. And the service was wonderful and on time! I love the cashier’s positive attitude!

On July 24th, 2023 at 0855, my husband and I went there to order hot chocolate, iced tea and donuts. There is no drive through so we had to enter the store and thank God for that. Just as I was about to order our donuts, we saw a plethora of flies doing what flies do…flying around and landing on the donuts! There were only four customers present at the time. I told the cashier about the flies. She turned and looked where the donuts were, turned back around to us and asked if we wanted anything else. She took no other action. Now, Im quite sure this is commonplace anywhere food is not covered but I have never seen THAT many damn flies at a Dunkin Donut shop! To be honest, the store was clean and we had never been here before. Don’t eat here. I gotta notify the Department of Public Health for this.

The customer service and the quality of the ice cream here was poor. The manager tried to up-sale me into a double scoop, after I tried two different flavors. When I agreed, if one of the scoops could be in a small cup with the other in a cone, he tried to charge me for three scoops. I ended up with one over-priced scoop of ice cream which tasted like it was well past its due date.

Grabbed ice cream with my daughter at this DD around 930 at night… should have been fine to eat inside since they don’t close til 10pm. Well at 940 the guy comes from behind the counter and kicks us out so they could close early. I get wanting to go home because I’m in retail myself but that was just bad service especially since we weren’t in there 5 mins before close. I’ll never return to this one again!!!!
