First Ramen Spot i was actually able to finish my bowl. Nearly everything was delicious. Had Kazoku Shoyu (ramen) as i said before ate the whole bowl, broth and all. Absolutely delicious! Also had Kazoku Karaage (fried chicken thighs) wasnt the best, it was fresh yes, but I think the fryer grease needed to be cleaned. Kazoku Bun was absolutely DELICIOUS. Should’ve gotten a 2nd order of them instead of the chicken thighs. Ikageso Karaage (fried squid legs) So good, with a squeeze of lemon on it. whole experience was nice it all tasted so authentic. Staff was super nice and attentive.

First time visiting this ramen bar and absolutely loved it. Considering it was busy, the service was fast. Our server was very nice and friendly and answered any questions about menu. Ramen was very good and the appetizers were all delicious. Definitely will be back. Close to authentic Japanese ramen we had in Tokyo and Osaka. Definitely recommend trying this place out!

Their broth is incredible, rich and layered with flavor, and they offer great drink options along with thoughtful vegetarian dishes. I tried the shoyu ramen, my all-time favorite, and as always, it did not disappoint. This place has become my go-to whenever I crave a comforting, soul-warming bowl.

I came in feeling under the weather and left feeling so much better. I was seated right away, the staff were very sweet, and the customer service was excellent. Jessica was an amazing server-kind, friendly, and truly uplifting. The Kazoku Black ramen was incredible, my favorite by far. I loved it so much I ordered two to go. Thank you for making my day brighter!

A very nice family business. This is a relatively small place, not too fancy but homey. Good food with good variety of choices. Kids menu has a big bowl of noodles with vegetarian options. Adults can find vegetarian and vegan dishes here. Spice levels are adjusted to our country, so no worries there 🙂 Nice drink selection with traditional ones, alcoholic and not. The atmosphere is good too, cozy little nooks allow you to feel a bit of privacy. Prices are kept at bay considering its nova days, but keep in mind there is a 20% charge for 5+ people companies.

The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked with a satisfying chewiness that held up well in the hot broth.
We both opted for the spicy level and it was the perfect amount of heat, not overpowering but still with a good kick.
The restaurant had a lively and inviting atmosphere, with a cool playlist that added to the upbeat vibe.

Kazoku is by far the best Ramen in the greater Charlotte area.
My fiance and I have tried most things on the menu at this point and all dishes and appetizers are fantastic.
They also have some of the BEST shoyu eggs I’ve ever tasted. The broth taste like no other, the pork always melts in your mouth, the fish cakes are not “fishy” here all of the toppings are simple yet intentional.
By far better than Sheng or Jinya.
That’s just the food, every time we go, we feel very warm and invited. They always seem happy to have us.

Everything was ultimately fantastic, from appetizers to ramen. Food was solid — great flavor, savory, fresh, enjoyable. I had the black/spicy ramen and my kids the shio ramen. Fantastic. Also had purple sweet potato fries (tempura fried) and pork gyro a, both simple but decent.
It’s not too loud, pretty chill, but also small. There was a lot of back and forth and we didn’t get any drinks, including water, until appetizers arrived (and lots of other people were getting served before us who ordered after), but still, for the food itself, this is at the top level of ramen in Charlotte.

Kazoku Restaurant never disappoints! I ordered my favorite tsukemen dipping noodles, and as always, they were perfectly cooked with rich, flavorful dipping sauce.
Their special lunch bento choices are also amazing — especially the Karaage chicken bento, which was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Great food, friendly owners and service, and excellent value — highly recommend!
