Saturday afternoon. Placed order over the phone & it was ready when I walked in 20 minutes later.
Small order, one pizza with 3 toppings.
I checked the box as I was walking out & noticed it only had 2 not 3 toppings.
I went back to the counter & told the woman I was missing a topping. She didn’t apoligize for the mistake or even speak to me. She took the box & walked into the back.
I took a seat & waited.
About 15-20 minutes later she comes back out & sets a pizza on the counter, looks at me and said ‘here you go.’ I walked up to the counter & said thanks. She starts walking towards the back again.
I asked ‘Are you going to toss the wrong one?’.
‘Yes.’ without even turning around & continues into the back
‘Can I have it? “
“Nope.”
Great pizza, fair price, but terrible service & attitude.
The onions are not fresh. Seems like they are purchased dehydrated. Do not order them as a topping.

Love Cassanos- crispy crust and fully loaded with toppings! Restaurant was clean and Lady who waited on us was pleasant and professional. One of my favorite pizza restaurants around!

Not a bad little pizza place. They have a couple daily specials.
The youge lady taking my order was freindly and helpful, and always seemed to have a smile on. The pizza I got was a Med Deluxe (lunch and dinner), pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red and green peppers, and it tasted good. I like how they cut their pizzas in the small squares, eat to eat.
They weren’t busy when I got there, so I had a pick of where to sit, plus they the TV had old Price is Right episodes showing.
Only complaint was that when a customer came in to pick up a to-go order, they told them it will be a minute (normal), then when they brought it out the customer was on the phone and the older guy that had the order said something to them and when they didn’t react fast enough the guy knocked twice on the counter like he was doing the customer a favor.
Overall I would go back for the friendliness of the lady taking my order but would have to be very attentive if I got a to-go order.

Great spot for takeout, the pizza was fresh and the toppings were very well proportioned, I really like the thin tavern style pizza they serve. Staff was friendly, they do have a couple beers on tap but their dining room isn’t huge so idk if they have servers or if it’s all self serve. So far out of the other local chains I tried in Monroe this is by far my favorite.

I went to Cassanos tonight for a carry out and I told the lady when ordering I really wanted some garlic and asked if I could get some extra garlic somehow on the pizza. she said they only have that on the hand tossed but they are out of the hand tossed (this is after I ordered the thin crust) and I said “oh” and she said but I can put that on there for you. and I said “yay thank you!” I want an order of garlic bread too and she said I was going to suggest that, it’s really good. so I paid and came back in and they gave me a little cup garlic to dip my pizza & bread in which was SO nice! they greeted me as soon as I walked in both times and said have a good night when I left. this pizza was SO good omg the flavors and the salt on the bottom YUM! i’m not sure how anyone has a bad review when I come here about once a month and am always greeted and everything is always great. thank you all for making this delicious pizza so perfect and all the garlic perfection!

Order our food for delivery, showed up in great time. However everything we ordered had HAIR on it. Called the number and lady wasnt helpful at all. This is disgusting. I was looking forward to it too because I havent had them in years!!!!

Manager was so unprofessional and made a fool of herself in front of a packed restaurant…….she probably needs to find another line of work since she can’t take the heat. Issue with trying to pay with gift card and the gentleman working the register was very nice and tried to help. I said I will call corporate about the issue and thanked the gentleman at the front for all of his help. Manager Taylor became rude then put her arms up in the air throwing a temper tantrum. I was beyond shocked that a manager would handle herself this way!!!

If 0 stars was a option that’s what id leave . Waited over a hour for a pizza , hoagie and Italian sub. First off nothing was hot . Maybe room temp at best . The sausage wasn’t even baked on the pizza it was just scooped on top cold falling off . Spent over 50 dollars to get the worst pizza ,hoagie and service I’ve EVER received. I would never visit this location again and I hope that all Cassanos locations do not operate like this !
