The food was awesome! The beer was awesome! Jason Is by far our favorite waiter of all time! He had me hooked on that amazing Amber they have. The fried pickles were outstanding, and the pizza was awesome! My wife got a pineapple something or other cocktail that she loved.

I come here about once a year due to how many times my order has been messed up in the past. I decided to give them another try today and was not so surprised to see that 80% of my salad was carrots and my cup of salad dressing was only about 20% filled. The place is run by people who have not been properly trained. The hostess was unsure how to ring up my order and the manager still wouldn’t come out to help her.

The attitude from the server at the door (Alexis)was unnecessary and unwelcoming. There was plenty of open seating, yet we were told to wait ten minutes. I asked for a booth and was still seated at a table, so I seated myself at an open booth at the bar. We don’t drink. Not impressed with the customer service however bartender was nice.

Mateo was our waiter he was so attentive to my food sensitivies, he was so friendly, our food was delicious, my husband loved his Steak Sandwich! We will be back and hopefully Mateo is working, he also has an amazing tattoo it was so detailed that everytime he came by I saw something new in it!! Keep this kid he is good!!

If you’re looking for some good burgers and brews this is a great place to stop. The drinks were good and the burgers were delicious. It was pretty packed which made it pretty loud overall, but the service was great and the food was worth it.

When always sit at the bar tables and want to be waited on by Jason. He is always on the ball and remembers everything about us.
Knows what we usually order, what football team I like. Always attentive and friendly.
He always Makes sure we are happy with the food and service. He is great and what makes us enjoy coming to Rams as much as we do.
We are regulars and will continue that due to great service from Jason.

I wanted to take time to share an amazing experience my gals and I had at the Ram lake Steven’s. I had a lunch date with girlfriends from high school due to a recent passing of a dear friend. We sat in the bar and so glad we did. A gentleman named Jason greeted us and explained everything about his Ram. We started off with cocktails and beer and a pretzel cheese appetizer that was so good. Our service was something I haven’t seen, ever. He made us laugh during sad times, was so knowledgeable and helping us at all times. He cared how we felt about all aspects of the food and drinks. The part of our visit that I will never forget is he came over to us with a tiny cute little beer and told us “he wanted to toast with us to our friend who is looking Iooking down on us, living her best life in heaven” omg I cried. I’m crying now writing this. Thank you soo much. I will remember this experience and tell this story forever❤️

We eat out A LOT. I can not compare the service we got today with any in the last few years. Jason was the best we’ve had in a while. Had great beer suggestions. Made sure my steak was cooked the way I wanted it. Very personable. Brought out drinks as soon as we needed them. We will be back, hopefully he’s there on every Friday!

We had Mateo as our server, he was great!! Fast service checked in with us multiple times. Made sure we had everything we needed. Food was hot, correct and fast! Even during the dinner rush. We love eating here, staff is always friendly and the food never disappoints. If you have had bad experiences at other Ram restaurants, give this one a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Came here with my husband and daughter a couple of days ago and wanted to write a review regarding our server and our experience. My family is new in town and wanted to try some of the local restaurants to eat, with the ram being our first stop since it is the closest. Our server Johnny was a delight. He came to the table with plenty of spirit and enthusiasm when it came to us selecting our food and drinks. He would say, “I promise I work here for a reason” when talking about the food options, which was refreshing to hear. He took his time and didn’t make us feel rushed at all, even though the restaurant seemed fairly busy. He was very charming, making it seem like he served for fun rather than as a job which made our experience that much better. He was funny, and very caring when it came to our needs and requests. When we got the food it was exactly what we wanted, and did not disappoint in the slightest. Johnny made sure of this by making sure we were enjoying our food through periodic check-ins which came with drink and dipping sauce refills. All in all we had a great first experience and really hope that we get to see more of Johnny in the future!
