The girls that work there are great- kind and sweet and do a great job and the ices are always really good- my complaint is that the owner doesn’t clean up the area at all- it’s pretty filthy actually. The sidewalk in front of the window where you order is gross, and so is the “seating area” right nearby. Shame because it could be a nice place to sit but it’s nasty.. a little power washing and clean up would go a long way

Boy do I miss Ralph’s Italian Ices! We had to come during our visit to NY! Their flavors are so unique and delicious. Try the Graham cracker…one of my favorites.

Ralphs Italian ices has been around since I can remember. The people are always really nice and let you try the flavors before committing to on.
The sizes are bigger than you think. Small is about a fist full. And the medium is about the size of a wendys frostie or mcflurry cup.
The large is Def more of a take home or sharing size like a quart.
The flavors taste fresh and real. The texture is more soft like real shaved icee then like thick and hard like sorbet or store bought icees. And not overly sweetened or artifical tasting.
The only cons, the location itself is a corner stand. You can park in the lot behind Minnie’s Mulberry right next to it.
They have outside tables but they are dirty from exposure and whoever maintains the trees and plants outside use a fresh fertilizer that smells very very strong. And can off putting to sit there and eat / hang out, but that’s just when I went. It might not be a constant thing. If your planning a family outing there I suggest grabbing some on the way home or walking around main street or just hang out in the car.

My family’s favorite ice cream place – hand’s down. The quality is always outstanding, the prices are reasonable, and the service is quick and polite. Whether it is for ice cream, ices, or (my favorite) the edible cookie dough, there are flavors and options for everyone here. Parking is the only downside during peak times but well worth it.

When it comes to placing an order ahead of time, please keep the order in a cool place or in the fridge. I placed an order ahead of time while the girl at the counter told me I had to wait, once I received my order it was melted. Bad service

Always a nice time when I go with the family. So many options and the customer service is awesome. Only wish they would clean up the tables outside. They are old and rusty. And preferably get some that can withstand the elements. Sometimes prefer to go to the ronkonkoma location just to be able to sit down and enjoy without needing to rush back home because the the outdoor seating isn’t really clean.

Every time I go for a chocolate shake it’s made differently..go figure but it is. 1st time I got one it was perfect..the ..since then it’s been runny or didn’t have much flavor. Yesterday a kid made it and the chocolate syrup lined the inside if the cup and was oozing out all over the outside. He hands the sticky mess to me now chocolate is all over my hand. I ask for some napkins and he’s like “oh sorry”. Then I had to take it home and stir it to dissolve the chocolate. And I paid $6 for that. Unbelievable. My husband picked me up one a few hrs later and it was very flavorless. I figured a chocolate shake would be the same each time..how hard is it? They need to train their staff on consistency. I think I’m going to change what I order there because I really like ralphs ices.

Great Atmosphere from the Minute you walk up, Staff was Awesome, Polite and very fast. I Had a Black and white shake, Wifey had the Malibu Bay Breeze icee and the kids had Rainbow. Everything was Fresh and Flavourful. So if your Just Visiting or live in the Area Stop by, It.’s worth the Trip. ENJOY…
