My daughter chose Ralph’s Coffee for her pre-birthday celebration, and it was our first time visiting. The service and food were decent, but it’s really the ambience and overall vibe that make the experience special. We enjoyed it and definitely plan to return!

It’s so nice inside and just really well put together. Yes, it’s definitely on the expensive side, but it’s the kind of place that feels like a really nice treat. Their pastries are amazing, especially the almond croissants. Their gingerbread latte around Christmas is actually incredible. Everything is amazing quality!!!

Great place for coffee and pastries in Americana mall in Manhasset. It’s beautifully decorated and coffee and pastries were high quality.
I thought price was reasonable for the quality, compare to other fancy coffee shops. Music was on point and ambience was so amazing. You can visit adjacent Ralph Lauren shop too.
Service was quick and staff were efficient. Only improvement they can make is to have the staff clean up the seating area. There were crumbs on the table and seats.
It’s a beautiful cafe you can come to treat yourself or meet up with friends.

My last 3 weeks visited here almost everyday. Weekend is quite busy. I love the coffee here. The taste is great. Pastry has good quality. Most of time I just grab the coffee and leave. So it’s hard to tell much about the service. Until one weekday afternoon it was raining, 3 of 5 tables were empty. I sat down and drinking my coffee for 10 mins then 1 min after opening my iPad. The staff pointed no laptop policy to me. I felt bad at the moment he told me. So I left right away. But the next day I saw a couple using laptops…. It made me feel insulted and discriminated.

I went there on a weekday. The staff was attentive and the muffins and croissants were really good. Coffee was great too. They have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Ralph’s Coffee is great spot in Manhasset! The minimalist black-and-white aesthetic is so stylish, and the coffee is top-notch. I’m obsessed with their iced oat milk latte—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The baristas are friendly, and the outdoor seating is great for people-watching. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality and vibe.

Came here for a refuel stop at Mile 30. Coffee is good but everything here costs twice as much as other establishments.

I counted 7 pieces of pastries for sale. Extremely limited selection! The almond danish tasted good but can’t be sure if it’s daily fresh baked locally.

This cafe is more like a rest stop for bourgeois shoppers willing to shell out $5 for a $2.50 coffee.

I enjoyed sitting outside and being able to park my bike nearby. Other than that, no value or benefits…

Charming coffee shop located in the heart of the Americana Mall in Manhasset. All of the decor is tasteful and inviting, plus the seating area, both inside and out, is perfect for a quick break. The espresso was spot on, but the staff forgot the hot chocolate we ordered. Definitely recommend this place for a treat!

10000/10, this was a lovely little coffee shop! My friend and I have been talking about this place for a few months since seeing it gaining popularity on tiktok. We went on a nice sunny day and got a table outside. We were super pleased by the atmosphere, loved the green decor and the displays set up inside. We browsed around a bit before ordering our coffee and decided we needed to buy everything someday! 🙂
The coffee and food selection was pretty good, my friend and I definitely appreciate variety and having a ton of options. She went with the grapefruit espresso tonic and I decided on a regular iced coffee – although it was a bit overpriced as expected, the compliementary matcha black and white cookie definitely made it worth it!!! It was hands down the best cookie I’ve ever had and was definitely one of the highlights of my visit, maybe even my day! I truly hope the cookie becomes part of the permanent menu because I’d love to come back for more!

Really wanted to love this as I was so excited to get there (and drove 40 mins to it) but unfortunately my experience wasn’t all that great. The pain au chocolate and their hot chocolate were really yummy and the black young lady who took my order was super nice, polite and informative however my issue is with the guy who went around telling people they only have 45 minutes for seating. This is understandable however when I finally did snag a seat I was there for ten minutes tops, when I initially went in, none were available so I went in the actual store and shopped around. After getting my purchase I came back to the coffee shop and ordered and snagged the last seat in the back corner. Maybe 8 minutes in, a white woman who seemed to be a regular as she hugged that worker came in flustered. She went around asking everyone if they’ll be getting up soon..and acted very entitled. She even asked a man if she could sit next to him and he replied that his wife was in the line. She then took the seat beside him at the table and said she’s just going to put her jacket there for a bit. She told the worker who she was familiar with that she wanted a seat and he then went around to tell everyone of the time limit. Me being there for about 10 minutes now (who drove 40 to get there) on top of it being my very first time to Ralphs was disappointed in how he handled it. I was the only person there the least amount of time as I met everyone there already seated. But he seemed to keep coming to me to badger me if Im ordering anything else to try to get me to leave. I was going to order again to take to go and also get merch but me being the black girl that got bothered to leave while being there the shortest amount of time just to suit that old white woman didn’t sit right with me. So kinda disappointed in that. Other than that, the store is very lovely and the food and hot chocolate were really good!
