I love being able to place my own order at the kiosk. The nutrition info is right at my fingertips tips too, love that! I had the 10 vegetable soup and Greek salad. It was sooo good. Looking forward to going back. I am also part of the sip club, this makes me happy also. Wish they had more choices in the hot teas, a couple more herbals would be nice.

I went in and a lot of the items were out of stock (due to time of night) so that wasn’t anything I could be mad about, however they didnt say my name correctly (its a tricky name), they didnt mark my sandwitch so it was confusing trying to figure out what was what in my order and I didnt receive my free side of French bread! Weird experience

Incompetent staff. Incompetent management they can’t figure out how to count or even get items in an order even when there’s only four. This is by far the worst Panera bread out there. Be sure to check your order anytime we go through the drive-through or order they screw it up. You have to physically sit there and make sure you have all your items. Out of four or five times we’ve been there recently. They have missed three or four items you would think the individual handing out your items would check before they pass them to you but they don’t. Panera corporate you should look at this location and give them some training. They need it.

We had the soup, Creamy tomato and Chicken noodle! Mine came with a grilled cheese, but the cream tomato and grilled cheese sandwich will be what I come back for!! This place was fast and absolutely delicious, I’d recommend this place to anyone! Price is a little steep, but for the quality it’s worth it! They also have a premium coffee club for like $8.99 a month!

This was my first time eating here and it was a real treat. The food is fresh and delicious and has great flavor. The kids loved their meals also. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is warm, bright, and welcoming. I look forward to going back and trying the soups. The desserts were delicious.

This is my first time at Panera Bread and what a treat this is. I’m from out of town and my friend suggested we come here after going to a place from across the street that had really bad service. It was really good food very surprised we have a Panera Bread where I live and I am going to eat there now. I saw other people’s food and I can’t wait to try some other things the soup looks so yummy and inviting with the weather. Thank you for the great service and clean up and and clean restaurant.

The food is pretty good most of the time. The the speed of service is terrible! Last time I went inside for just two bowls of mac and cheese, I waited over 10 minutes, and there was no customers in the dining area. Tonight I went thru the drive thru, and there was only one car in front of me, I literally waited 25 minutes!! When I got to the window, I paid, then it took another 5 minutes, and I watched then girl warm up the pre bagged mac and cheese in a microwave, and. Pour it on the bowls. I couldn’t believe, after waiting 25 minutes it still wasn’t ready. They really need to work on speed of service.

The Mac and Cheese is delicious! I hate that there really isn’t any customer service… everything we ordered was good and the store was pretty clean but I will definitely be sticking with Kneaders down the street ☺️
