Me and my little brother Timmy just came in and we got each a burger with a side. I ordered a breakfast burger and he ordered the normal cheeseburger. The service was good up til it did take a little bit longer on the food to come out. But it was worth the wait. It’s the first time being here. And we will definitely come back more often.

I typically don’t write reviews but I feel this is necessary. My experience at this restaurant has left me and my family with disgust. The food was better than expected but the service was unsanitary and frankly strange. We were with a small group in the back of the restaurant and our waitress Valarie was unpleasant at best.
It started off on a rough foot when she approached our table stinking strongly of a freshly lit cigarette and what seemed like an entire bottle of perfume. The stink was so strong my husband and friend started coughing and choking. Then it got worse when she gave us sticky cups with brown sauce smeared on them which we asked her to replace and she never did. Instead she blamed a dishes machine as old and broken which seemed like a lie because her hands and shirt were also covered in the same brown substance. She must have forgot our request as she rambled on about the broken machine for several minutes.
Every time she came to our table she was carrying around a filth covered purple notebook filled to the brim with papers and things that also had several different colored saucy finger prints and muck smeared across it. At this point i had lost my appetite but thankfully another worker came to deliver our food, but our waitress came tumbling behind him while arguing that she was going to deliver our food. As she was doing this she was leaving a trail behind her of papers and cash falling out of the filthy notebook to which she picked up off the floor touching the floor and then tried to handle our food afterward. She was confused and a mess the entire time and I need to emphasize again the stink of fresh cigarettes and perfume every time she visited our table as if she was smoking between every visit.
To top it off, she continued to take dirty plates and cups off of our table and place them on a clean table next to ours. Her hands, shirt and notebook stayed covered in brown sauce during the entire visit. The table next to ours quickly became stacked full of dirty dishes. I have never seen this happen at any restaurant in all of my years and didn’t seem to be the standard as we watched all of the other workers carry dirty dishes out of sight, not place them on clean tables in view of us while we tried to eat. Then the teenage hostess turned the corner to seat customers at this table only to realize it was stacked to the brim with the dirty dishes our waitress had placed there. She looked confused and grossed out as she searched for somewhere else to seat them. I can only imagine what those customers thought seeing their table look like this. Our waitress did not clean the table either, the poor hostess had came back around to clean it instead. Our waitress did not wash her hands once in between visits while she did this because we could still see the muck all over her hands and clothes and everything she touched the entire time.

I am left with a sick feeling in my stomach about the standards of cleanliness at this restaurant. If our waitress Valarie is this unsanitary what standards do they hold the staff and food to? I wonder if the tables are being cleaned properly or if they are all Valarie’s own dish tub. I have attached a photo although it doesn’t do it justice since she continued to place more and more dirty dishes there afterward. We will not be returning.

Absolutely great food! Service was impeccable and the atmosphere was great despite the pop country music playing. Great place to dine!

Everything I have had here is amazing! The cheese wedges and macaroni bites are out of this world same goes for their ranch dressing. The young man who served us last was wonderful very polite and kept checking on us A+ to the server! The chicken strips were a little less meaty and the coating a lot more crunchy than I like, but to each their own. Hand cut fries were good

We stopped here after a long day of swim meets. I loved that on a Saturday during the ohio state game there was no wait and the game was playing on almost every channel. Our waitress was friendly and did great. We got the sampler, which was good (probably my favorite thing). I wish I would have substituted the chicken tenders for the fried pickles, just to see what they would taste like. The chicken tenders were not bad, just normal chicken tenders. My husband really liked the southwest ranch. I got the Ruben with waffle fries. My husband got the breakfast burger and my daughter got a regular hamburger. The burgers were very thick, a little dry, but ok overall. My son ordered the grill chicken wrap, which he enjoyed. They did not have sweet tea, which i was sad about, but as an alternative they have a raspberry sweet tea. I did not care for it, but my husband liked it. Overall, the food was ok, but I doubt I would travel out of my way to specifically come here again.

This is a really nice sports bar. Everywhere you look there’s a TV, so you can keep up whatever game or racing event you like. The beer on tap is ice cold and the food is great along with the atmosphere and top notch service. If you’ve never been here I definitely would recommend, you’ll have a great time.

I came here with my friend’s family for her birthday. We were seated right away, and the place wasn’t busy or loud, so that was a plus. We basically had half of the restaurant to ourselves. The menu has your typical American food choices (burgers, wraps, wings, etc). We ordered appetizers and our entrées soon after we sat down. I ordered the Chicken Chunks with butter garlic since that’s what my friend recommended, and I dunno what I was expecting, but they were good lol. The apps came out kinda late because our food arrived maybe 5 minutes later.

Overall, it was good. There are dozens of TVs covering the walls so people can watch sports. I was incredibly surprised that they don’t serve sweet tea.

Food was average. Sparse serving of fries with my modest fish sandwich. Wait time after ordering much too long, especially for mid-afternoon with few customers. Atmosphere good, typical sports bar with many TVs on with sports events. Server was friendly.

Overall I’m being nice with stars. Quesadilla was burnt but there’s wasn’t fully melted (not sure how the cook did that) hardly any chicken. Couldn’t even eat more than 2 bites. Bird dawg was actually really good. Coleslaw compares to KFC. Onion straws were delicious along with the fries. Best part of the meal, the Ranch and SW ranch.

Service…well she was young & inexperienced. I’ll leave it at that.

Manager was very nice (server called him precious, not sure if that’s his name though)
