As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered online (directly from the Rally’s website and not Uber/DD) to pick up and soda machine was broken. We were offered water instead. That itself is fine, things break.
What was not fine was that an employee told us we can do the refund request online. I get home and the online support literally only leads to the phone number at this location. The manager (John) said we had to come back with our food to get the refund.
Despite it being the employee’s mistake for telling us to do the refund online. Hesitant to drive back, the manager on the phone asked his boss and said refunds must be in person.
I drove back and returned my whole order. The manager took back the food and started the refund instantly. What’s worse is that the boss that was physically there was the owner (Jose Gomez). So imagine all the other corners that the owner is cutting when the owner refused to initially refund the drink portion of our order.
In the phone call, I heard the manager speaking with the employee and even then she was deferring responsibility. Again, it isn’t that the water was not fine, it’s the fact that you told us we can do the refund online when we couldn’t. That’s $20/typical meal I save by not returning I guess.
John, the manager, was the only good one in this ordeal 10/10

Decided to try the new seasoned onion rings they had and I was so disappointed. I am upset mainly because I paid $3.50 for onion rings that came in a tiny little cup and they didn’t even bother to fill it up all the way. When I got to the bottom it was just a bunch of crumbs. No onion in sight. Wouldn’t recommend trying them and wasting your money.

Visited Thursday 10/17/24 between 5:30pm- 6:00pm . Ordered 2x # 2 large combos and 1 #3 large combo. My total came out to about $50. Before I left I asked if they marked the #3 combo since they tossed everything into one bag, I was assured it was. Got home and started checking the burgers because they were not marked, and noticed the #2 combos did not have BBQ or bacon. I tried to call the store to inform them of the mistake but could not get anyone to answer. $50 is a lot to be making any mistakes. Fries tasted old. 2 stars because at least the #3 was made correctly.

Smh….. how is it you get the order right on paper, but still somehow mess up the food… I said,’Plain’, I thought I was understood, but I should’ve checked to make sure THEY understood!! You’re not the first ones, and you won’t be the last, but if someone says Plain, at least to me, that means NOTHING but the meat and bread! NO CHEESE!! PLAIN!! Good grief!!

Every time I go here it’s a nightmare. Something is always wrong with my order.and I’m not exaggerating every single time. And the fish is hard as a rock I say no lettuce I get extra lettuce and no tartar sauce. I ask for a mushroom Swiss hamburger I get some big Buford with onions. The employees are not helpful. Very rude..whining little school children trying to run a fast food restaurant doesn’t help…….I made a oath today that I will never go here again. and if you reply telling me that you will refund $30 dollars I spent I will take down my review. I won’t eat here anymore but I would at lest feel better about it…..
