As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I rarely eat at fast food restaurants, but this was the closest spot for me that day and I decided to give it a try. Food was good, on time, and the service was very friendly, the young girl with nose piercing was very sweet she reminded me when I had my first job back in 2005 lol trying to be nice with customers. If I get to be in the area next time I will stop by and grab some delicious fries.

Went few moments ago to the store and tried the new brisket sandwich. When I got home and tasted it, the brisket had an unpleasant flavor, like old meat that had been sitting and steaming for hours. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, and I will not be returning to this location.

I don’t have issues with this restaurant, but the pubster pretzel burger is trash. The meat was dry (which is unusual), the bun was chewy, the shell on the strawberry bites was hard, it wasn’t nice and “crispy.”

Outdoor seating. Flies are to be expected. That being said, I can’t complain about anything else. The $5 meal deal was a ridiculous amount of food. Well worth the cost and everything was so fresh and delicious. Very good first impression. Staff was equally great.

They use AI to take your order which would be okay if they were actually listening to the order while it’s being taken to prepare the order to cut down wait times but they’re aren’t and on top of that the AI thing doesn’t even catch everything you said so on top of waiting for the order it did catch you have to order again at the window what the ai missed and wait even more time for that meal ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for the second meal got home and had to reheat the first one overall very inconvenient.

All sandwiches looked totally different than on the photos. Bacon instead of being crispy was almost raw – the worst made bacon I’ve ever eaten. Hotdog should supposed to be with no onion – I’m allergic to onion and the red fresh onion was there – i needed to throw the hotdog away due to that. I do not recommend this restaurant.
