As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We (family of 5) only did drive thru because all the chairs were collected and restrooms were out of service. The service was terrible from the drive thru attendant. I tried to interact and she shut the window on me. The food was fresh but the taste was not good. The pretzel bun was more of a corn bread and very dry.

Ts was just horrible as soon as I grab the bag it feels like there’s an ice pack in there. My burgers wasn’t even room temperature cold it was refrigerated cold and that’s very confusing because how does that work? The worker acting like she doesn’t want to be there and she wearing a huge bonnet and even if it’s fast food that’s just not good work ethic. The sign says dinning room open, which it is not. Than I walk up to the pickup window they look at you and walk away. So I ordered on app it says be ready in 10 minutes. So I than walk to drive through window and they walk away having standing there a little. She walks back opens window and says we can’t take orders here. Which I know but only place I can get them to answer. She comes to window and tells me they are out of one thing. I have now been waiting over 40 minutes. Update manager came out and was very polite. He did great job

I made an online order for 3:15pm. I arive to get my food before work, and was told it would be a 30-40 minute wait time due to a shift change. This is absolutely ridiculous, because there were three employees just hanging out at the back outside. Told i wasn’t able to be refunded by the store. So I called the number provided, only to be told it would take 7-10 business days to receive a refund. I’ve never had rallys before, and I promise I never will now. Absolute garbage
