As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

For some reason I have been craving a banana milkshake and the only place I know that serves a banana milkshake is Rally’s. I feel like this is a staple to Rally’s is getting a banana milkshake that not many places would have outside of regular flavors. I have gone back repeatedly in the last 6 months and their milkshake machine has been down I’m convinced that McDonald’s ice cream machine is up more so than theirs. And they continuously tell me that they have the part just needs to be fixed so rallies when are you going to fix your damn milkshake machine because my craving for a banana milkshake has yet to be satisfied. Do I need this delicious sweet probably not but I would love it if you guys can get your act together and satisfy your customer.

I stood at the walk-up window and patiently waited for the young male employee to acknowledge me and take my order. Even a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have sufficed, but instead, I was completely ignored while he continued taking drive-thru orders. Despite making eye contact several times, I was never acknowledged. I’m not going to beg a business to take my money, so I left and went to another establishment. This is the first and only Rally’s where I’ve ever experienced an issue like this.

My family and I came in to order our meal. At the time we placed our order, it wasn’t busy. It did look like only two people were working. I understand that the food would take a lil longer but we waited for a while for our food to get done. We were asked to park in the parking lot for our food to be brought out. All that was order was chicken nuggets with fries, a tender with fries , and a number one with fries all with Dr pepper (Mr pib) to drink. We asked for a milk shake but was told the machine was down. So we said ok and moved on. We payed waited another 15-20 min to get the food. We get home and as we begin to attempt to eat the food, the fries tasted so old that we had to throw them away . The burger was still raw in the middle I had thrown up and lost all appetite. This was by far the worst experience I had so far.

2023 update: fries and tea are only item here that are worth paying for and both items are priced accordingly. Overall I recommend going elsewhere. Burgers tasted bland, chicken tenders tasted off. It is of my opinion that this place is a French fry place that sells other things.
2019 Review:Excluded a third of the order. I had digs in the car and could go over everything, I asked them if they verified everything at the window before I drove off. The lady confirmed that they did, this was not true, and cost some to have to find something else for dinner, as well as the store potentially losing customers. Besides that the food was about a 3 out of five excluding the fries which I would put at a 4 out of 5. I return tomorrow to talk district or regional manager.
