The pizza is not even ready when you order on line or when you pick up. Always have to wait extra. Employees on there phone instead of making or preparing orders. This location needs a better employment and better manager

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I absolutely would. I placed an order last night for the first time at this location and had my fiancé pick it up since he was nearby. When he arrived, a young man (Caucasian, with green hair name pending) refused to give him the order because he didn’t have the 3-digit pickup code. Despite my fiancé confirming every other piece of information including the email, phone number, name, and showing the receipt he was still denied our food.
I called and spoke with an associate named Lisa, who even admitted she didn’t understand why the employee wouldn’t release the order since all the information matched. She told me she’d call back in 30 minutes after reaching out to her store manager to see if they could either remake the order or issue a refund. Thirty minutes passed with no update, so I called back only to be told the store manager would be out for two days and that I should call again once he return.
At this point, this situation is completely unacceptable. I also spoke with a team lead named Sandra, who was dismissive and offered no help whatsoever. I no longer want the food I just want my money refunded immediately.
This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable, and I will continue to share this experience until it’s properly addressed.

It’s one of those normal tiny spaces in a shopping center. Great quality food and fast service from this location. I’ve never had any problems ordering from here or using the pickup code system to order online. For those complaining about the wait inside. I mean……yeah its a pizza place. Not a McDonald’s or fast food stop. Your gonna wait 15-20+ minutes if you order inside. Which is why I would advise ordering online, using the mobile app or ordering over the phone. I’m still not sure why people would go to ANY pizza location and expect 5 minute food service unless your getting something that doesn’t need to be baked. But as far as it being understaffed I promise that is almost any food service environment. Not many people wanna work for low pay and stressful customer service interactions. But to be fair i also have never had any direct interaction with the workers as i always order for pickup online. Usually wait around 20mins or less. Even though it doesn’t show it online, I was pleasantly surprised to see they carry wild cherry Pepsi aside from the regular as well. The store always looks clean inside as well. The only negative and not against the store is the parking lot. It’s just got those small tiny tight spots. So park facing the street and not right in front of the store unless you wanna get some nice door scratches from the locals xD

Not only does this place take forever but the pizza they serve you is either not what you order, or is it floppy and undercooked. This has happened to me and people I know multiple times with this location.

Raw dough in the pizza. Crazy bread absolutely soggy they put so much oil on it. Completely inedible. Would not answer the phone. Now I’m going to have to drive across town to get a refund tomorrow.

NEARLY 25 MINUTES WAITING
I asked for easy pepperoni and it was overflowed with pepperoni and overly cooked
I greeted when I came in . The woman in the back would not come to the counter til after I addressed her . Then she came and said I was hollering. I started talking to a customer while I then said I been waiting about 20 mins then tells me to be patient and gets upset . This is close to where I live but never will I ever step foot here again . Rude and disrespectful employees . Making other customers wait while she can simply put the order in the computer and go on about her business. Instead now I have to report her and will make sure this gets addressed
