As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

There’s places you wouldn’t expect that go above and beyond but this Rally’s did! I ordered 2 items but the cashier only included 1, the Mgr. heard I ordered 2 and instructed the others to drop 2 items. Cashier only charged me for one, Mgr. was apologetic and gave me my other item. I gave them an excellent review on their site as well. They turned a bad day into a good one. I got smiles and a few laughs..I needed it. Thanks guys!!

This place is terrible. The staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. MANAGER INCLUDED. Have a BOGO coupon? Sure! They charge you for both… Want fries? Sure! They’ll just not put them in the bag. Want to pay by phone? Sure! We’ll just take your phone and get their greasy fingers all over it. Want a receipt? You can forget about that. Want any sort of friendly service? Go literally anywhere else. This is not a one time experience. Corporate needs to clean house at this location.

Let’s just say , the ghettoness is real here! How u have a remodeled building, with no employees to match… if you’re a rideshare driver, don’t waste your time here. I’ve declined so many orders from here. Why? Because when you’re @ the window, they ignore u after noticing u, 5 mins go by, then u have to knock & tell them you’re there 4 an order 2 puck up, U wait another 8 mins. Go 2 a better one.. Checkers out of town has waaaay better service & food! They’ve failed here.

Was in drive through, person taking my order was rude, out of most soda options, when I got home to enjoy my burger, patties were dry, open the burger just to find store bought patties (Walmart next door) very thin, burnt edges, and dry af, Sunday at 1 pm not busy, tried to call the store and let them make it right, but no answer, so I’m going to let the. Steal my money and never return to any checkers, rallies or any of there branches, last dollar y’all steal from me.

Not consistent with their food quality. I hadn’t been there in years for this reason. The wings were old and hard. Fries stale Af and I spent over $30. Do they think customers can’t tell when the food is old? I won’t be going back.

Even after requesting hot fries we were still giving warm fries. The burgers were even warm temperatures hardly eat at Rally’s just use to getting my food hot when ordering.

Im a CEO of 4 restaurants n Texas.. im 4rm the westbank visiting & every time I come here after 7pm, the burgers are super dry & NOT fresh at all!! It’s as if they save the old burgers for late evening customers.. what a disgrace! Nobody wants to pay their hard earned money on low quality food. The directors needs to retrain or clear shop hear.. Ridiculous!!

If you want soggy undercooked fries then by all means, go to this place. They are such in a hurry to get the order out the door that the fries are pulled from the grease too soon then not allowed to drain and poured into a cup full of grease. Worse place I have ever tried
