As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took 25 minutes to get an order (I ordered online and couldn’t get it canceled) and then I get the order and everything is wrong. How hard is it to put chili and cheese on a chili cheese dog? Took so long that when I got the food it was already cold. The sorry workers inside were sitting around just chit chatting instead of doing anything. Horrible place and the food was even worse.

Employees on phone and walking around eating ice cream did not even acknowledge me at the window. Customer service is horrible store needs to be shut down dirty windows and Horrible employees. Food was greasy and soggy and been sitting on counter ready did not receive food till 15 minutes later.

Clean floors, counters and outside sitting area. Nice, pleasant staff, very quiet. When the receipt showed that the coupon wasn’t applied the manger was quick to fix the mistake. Ordered extra pickles on chicken sandwiches but wasn’t a pickle on any of the three ordered. No napkins or forks.

Ordered over 35$ worth of food was mossing an item and my chicken sandwich was undercooked and raw in it was gross. Im 4mnths pregnant hopefully i dont get sick. I called back and of course no one answers. Yes mistakes do happen but yall cant serve undercooked chicken.

It is Lenten season so I went to get my fish sandwich on. I went with a fellow co-worker the 4 for 3 and I got the 2 for 5 sandwiches…I was hyped…food was and I couldn’t wait, started to eat and it was the worst hard rubbery fish I have ever had…it was like chewing on a rubber band….I turned the car around and went back immediately and explained my dilemma…the cashier (light skinned with glasses pleasant voice) asked me if I would like them to remake it and wait. I did, and then a girl by the name of April came out. She apologized about the inconvenience and wait!!!! What is going on???!!! Amazing Customer SERVICE…that whole shift needs to be commended they were Awesomely Awesome, quick and effectively efficient. I wish that corporate could see this…they need raises. I have never been into the Rally’s brand at all…but if you can get everyone on board with what this shift is doing..I will continue to keep jamming my face with filets of the sea. BTW…the pic is of the sandwich they remade, hot and delicious !!!! Go Team!!!

I wanted to try the Buford Burger after seeing a commercial so we ordered the food to be delivered. We live 7 minutes away. The food was cold and looked nothing like the pictures on the advertisement. The advertisement showed at least two thick slices of tomato and a visible amount of lettuce and pickles, whereas the actual product had one thin slice of pickle, barley any lettuce and one slice of tomato that was thin enough to read the paper through. The flavoring was good but cold food I can get anytime without paying $25.00 for it. Sadly Rally’s will never get another chance to impress me with their food because they did so badly this time.

While the service tonight was quick the overall was a very unwelcome. Granted I went after 11pm but they were still open with absolutely no one in line. I’ve been to this store before and has been good, the times I have gone in the last 4 weeks (about 6 times) has really been falling off. And tonight was the time I felt to leave a review. First the service was bad, yes they gave the food timely but didn’t say one word to me even though I said hello and thank you a few times (very unwelcoming). The XL fries were about the size of a medium (not sure if they were out and just didn’t wank to fry anymore) but a waste of money. The burgers were ok but burnt pretty badly. I hate leaving this review, but I’m hoping they will read it and use it for a way to improve. My standards are not high at all so to fall well below tonight says something.

This restaurant on Bateria and Lapalco has some of the best burgers you ever want to eat, but every time I go there, the restaurant is so filthy. I refuse to go and buy a burger from there. Floors are full of french fries and dirty. They’re never clean in there. I can’t take the site. I see when I go there, somebody need to come and inspect the restaurant by surprise is awfully dirty. I have never seen people step on french fries before but several times I’ve seen it happen here.
