Very disappointed. Is a Thursday at 3pm .Chipotle is one of my favorite spots and when I heard this new location opening I was excited . Even though it took me until now to come check out the “new chipotle “ on the highway asoon as I walked in tables are all dirty customers cleaning off or trying to sit around . Also the lady serving food couldn’t understand me so I started speaking in Spanish to her she still kept putting wrong things in bowl . Then the cashier walks away and leaves us standing for about 3 minutes because she was looking for something the girl that was taken trash out came for my payment (did not wash her hands I had to say something ) then two other employees come back in from break talking in Spanish about weed and making hand gestures then the rest of employees entertaining this behavior not knowing I understand them that was very unprofessional. I shared a few photos of some dirty things and the two employees that started the weed conversation and hand gestures . Check the camera for Thursday July 3rd at 3:22 time stamped on my receipt . As a resident of Alexandria for many years, I would honestly have to say this location was great for me. It is much more closer to my house and the service I have received had always been awesome. I know they have recently opened, and I have seen the negative reviews, but I still somehow feel happy with my food and service. Of course, the workers are not perfect at all. But I know they try their best to treat me right, and I always give some compassion back. The food I order there is usually delicious and well prepared, but I will see if it keeps up. The eating area does need a bit more work though, it can be left messy for a good while, but I usually grab take-out. And to be brutally honest, I prefer ordering from this location than the other Chipotle location I used to go to. I feel more comfortable. I hope things improve and things go well for this location!!

Terrible place. The people are unfriendly, they rush you and they talk all over the food in turn spitting on the food. The food prep workers and servers should wear a mask and gloves. I do not recommend this place nor will I go there again.

They talk negatively about you in Spanish cause they are terrified to say what they want to say in English. Very unprofessional and immature. People are just trying to get their food and some of the staff feel the need to be disrespectful in a language they feel that you don’t understand. Do better.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Chipotle since it opened on Sacramento Drive in Alexandria, VA, but after my experience today, I don’t plan on returning.
I went in to order a burrito bowl. There was a small mistake with the toppings—no big deal at first—but what happened next was completely unacceptable. After the error, one of the line workers began blaming me for her mistake and speaking negatively about me in SPANISH to the manager on duty, right in front of me. What they didn’t realize is that I understand Spanish. When I spoke up and said “Yo entiendo español,” both she and the manager quickly went silent, but the damage was already done.
What made this worse is that the manager on duty didn’t stop the behavior—he let it happen until I confronted it. I later spoke with him directly, and while he apologized, it was clear that nothing would’ve been said or done had I not spoken up. For a location that hasn’t been open long, this kind of disrespectful and unprofessional treatment of customers is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, this store already has other issues. I’ve been approached by panhandlers and individuals who appear to be under the influence around and inside the restaurant, which makes the dining experience uncomfortable.
This Chipotle needs serious improvement in customer service and store management. No one should be treated the way I was—especially after being a supportive customer since day one.

I come here a lot, and I’m not sure why I still do today. I walked in like a usual day just wanting my bowl and when I got to the place where you get all the toppings, there was a lady that spoke no English whatsoever barely knew what I was saying and
A employee next to her telling her in Spanish, what the toppings are maybe she’s in training maybe not but she had no idea what I was saying and I had to point to every single topping that I wanted. This isn’t a one time thing this is every single time I come to this Chipotle portion sizes are small. And they speak no English at all I’m sick of having to point and gesture to every single topping before I can get my bowl right this is unacceptabe.. if you’re going to hire someone to work at the front and talk to people, they should at least know what tomato means now I’m not saying that she shouldn’t work there. I’m saying she shouldn’t be able to be at the front and she doesn’t understand what she’s doing and not to mention their little side conversations in Spanish every time I give a face i’m sure they’re saying something negative about me. Went to buy one crunchy taco and asked for them to put it in the kids container where the sides are in the dividers. so the taco doesn’t get soggy . And the lady with the orange reddish hair was making such a big deal about it and said she wasn’t allowed to put it in the kids container when the previous day she made the same order I was asking for the same way and never said anything. I get this order at other chipotles and never had a problem . She even asked the manger if it was okay and he said yes but continued to argue with me about why she wouldn’t or couldn’t . On top of that ordered chicken but was charged for steak
