As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

If your hours of operation are posted online then you should be open for business between those hours! It says they close at 1am Monday morning but I tried going through the drive-thru at exact 12:06am and sat at the ordering menu right under 10 minutes when finally someone says through the speaker that they are closed since midnight! Then at least go online and change your stupid hours to your correct hours of operation!

I went to Mangos but somehow ended up at Rally’s and the door was closed even though it was open in my imagination. I knocked twice and a seagull told me to wait in line, but the line was actually a cloud. When I finally ordered my mango, the straw gave me directions to Saturn. The fries were invisible and tasted like disappointment wearing flip-flops. How are you gonna close a door that’s not even attached to the building? I just wanted ketchup but instead I got emotional damage and a receipt written in Morse code. Never again, unless it’s Tuesday in a parallel universe.

The service lady was nice but the food was horrible! Our burgers were COLD and the chicken patty was BEYOND OLD! Like why would a human ever serve something that old to a person knowing YOU wouldnt even eat it! Rallys just need to close all STL locations atp! Or replace these workers with ROBOTS!! We rather deal with them!

First time trying Rally’s and I wouldn’t recommend it to someone I hated. The app wouldn’t let us use our sign up BOGO sandwich reward even though we got three of them. They messed up my burger order, forgot marinara, nothing had flavor. The fries and mozz sticks tasted like funnel cake. We will never be back to a rally’s or a checkers ever again.

Terrible service I filed a complaint 4/10/20 because hair was in my food almost 3 weeks ago. I didn’t receive a follow up call or email within a week so I called in to discuss the issue. I didn’t get to speak with anyone but I received an email for a free meal on 4/17. I made a request for a refund and didn’t hear anything for another 2 weeks. I call back and was told the store manager would call me the next day and still no response. I also never received any free meal as told in the email. I called today 5/2/20 and spoke with a Tina who claims she’s a manager. She got smart huffing and puffing on the phone like I did something wrong or as if I was giving her a hard time and bothering her. She hung up the phone when I asked for her name. I had to call back and argue with the lady. She refused to tell me when the store manager would be in even though I expressed I was already waiting for a call back. At the end of the call I told her to have a great day and she called me out of my name. I will be going to corporate because the way the issue is being handled is very unprofessional. Tina needs to be fired ASAP. Every time I come here to this location there is an issue

Staff lies and gets super defensive when called out. She gave me a ~26oz drink instead of a 42oz (I measured it myself with a measuring cup) and was a complete (bad words here) telling me I was wrong.
This Rally’s is just terrible. Always has been. Every once in a while they get a good new staff member but overall this location has had the worst staff out of all fast food places I go to (and that’s a LOT)

They we’re so polite, unlike so many fast food employees anymore. Also the food was so fresh and hot I had to let it cool before I could take a decent bite. That’s a plus for me.
