Wonderful customer service inside the store. I had made an online order and it timed out so I just went through the drive thru but as I was sitting there they said my online order went through. Online won’t cancel my order and said they had to send it to upper management. The nice ladies that work inside the store went ahead and refunded the drive thru order and even remade my food bc it was cold by the time we finished with the whole refund issue. Thanks again ladies for your kindness and being so helpful.

Rude customer service through drive through. I left because I could not trust my food would be made with care. Employee left mic on while talking shit with other employees and continuing to ignore my order at the drive through. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years and I live in mobile, so that’s saying a lot.

Usually the foods good at this location. This evening they were out of sweet tea, chicken pot pies, dr pepper and who knows what else. Only 2 customers there and service was very slow.I ended up ordering their “bowl” and i would not recomend it. It taste like slop. 2 machines i could see from the counter were beeping and had messages on them that one said needs servicing and the other said it didnt have hot water. I kinda thought that was a requirement by the board of health but i guess its overlooked in areas like this. I waited about 10 minutes for the guy to refill the dr pepper and he never came back so neither will i.

I bought chicken fingers. I couldn’t eat a single one. They were hard as rocks. You can tell they were old. They get 2 stars because the biscuit were good and fresh. I waited 10 mins on this chicken and it wasnt edible. If I hadn’t already left, I’d go back and complain. All I was able to eat from my $13 meal was the wedges and the biscuit. The fruit punch I got as a drink, does not taste like fruit punch. I hate I went here cause that side of town usually try better then the rest of mobile. But this is the 2x kfc screwed. I ordered a famous bowl and didnt get any cheese. Im really upset about this location.

The food is always great but they gotta step their game up with online orders. Every time i go to the Mobile pickup station there is never a ticket on the bag showing what the order is or who it is for. I always have to flag down an employee to ask if its my order or not. More often they’re not they’re busy at the counter or the drive thru window so I have to wait a few minutes.

I love the Colonels Chicken. This KFC is clean, employees are nice. KFC’s prices are way high nowadays but this location does have a 7 piece thighs and legs deal for 10 bucks. Decent deal when you combine it with sides from Walmart…..I will eat here again soon

Not sure what this crew that was working last night on Feb 8 2025. I showed up at 745 and and they said the didn’t have any chicken. I mean the name of the restaurant literally has chicken in it. Like how???? Either way just another step towards not eating at any KFCs anymore.

Did not give any sauce, was rude about it when requested. Took half an hour, didn’t give any napkins, got the wrong order in the end. Will not be back, wouldn’t recommend.
Edit: Two years later, it somehow seems even worse. 60$ for 16 (16!) tenders. Oh, but you get a couple small sides. That’s about 4$/tender, and as you can see below, they are overcooked, incredibly small, and are not fresh – but you can bet I had to wait half an hour for them. Stay away and let this place go out of business.
