Rude employees all the way around. The slowest service everrrrrrr. I will not waste my money or time ever again! Also workers were outside smoking and chilling while im waiting for my order and I didn’t see one person was their hands! Pants we’re falling down to the ground. Lady slammed the window in my face!!! I called for the manger but no one answered the phone.

The cashier overcharged me and was so rude and berated me and was laughed at then she had the others laughing when I went to get my food but obviously I didn’t even eat it. I plan on bringing it back up there tomorrow to speak with a manager

The automated system to take orders is a flop ,messes up the orders..but the 2 ladies working are fantastic ,,they deserve a bonus and a raise. Very kind with a smile on their faces,,thc u ladies

The Grubhub order was ready soon after I arrived to pick up and deliver. This Rally’s was a way more pleasant experience than the Rally’s on South Jefferson at Lynch.

Stopped here while we were in the area because we do not have Rally’s or Checkers near us anymore. Food was fresh and service was good. Outside patio tables were clean.

It was my turn to buy lunch for the guys at work. I got there, ordered and was told they didn’t have some items on the menu. Fine, I ordered the back up he had on his order. I paid, got my food, looked at the recipt and noticed a couple things were missing so I told the cashier. She assured me they were in the bag. I got back to work and they were not in the bag. I went back and reordered what she missed. Got the food and half of my change because the drawer was closed and she wouldn’t open it back up. Never going back.
