I went thru the drive through. To be honest fast food is just fast food. My difficulty came up when i tried to order with the dang AI. After FOUR attempts I started to drive away and a young man asked me to drive through at his window. Maybe its me but to spend $10-$15 to speak to an AI and have the employee say heres your order thank you for coming. AI is the worst customer service possible. I understand its corporates way of cost cutting but its tacky. Sorry Burger King but its not just you. Blessings

You guys never listen to what people order you just make food when you see the orders but you don’t pay attention to the details no cheese means no cheese no mayonnaise means no mayonnaise. This is the 5th time you have messed up this same exact order and I’m not going back I told you that you guys would get my reviews instead of me coming back next time and here we are

I was able to receive a response from corporate as no one from this location bothered to try and remediate the situation. Based on the lack of responses to multiple complaints in the reviews, I can’t say I am surprised.

My order was made incorrectly multiple times. The team member was very unprofessional in their approach. The app displays items the store does not carry and the workers just seem to laugh or give off rude responses when asked about it. Additionally the same team member had her hands in a red cleaning bucket filled with who knows what. She proceeds to squeeze out a towel and go from that bucket, to the the hot food line, and then to the register all without a proper hand washing (standard food safety should tell you not to do that). She also tried to charge for sauces the store already missed from the original transaction. At that point after driving back and dealing with her disturbing behavior my family decided to leave and take things above her as she clearly lacks conflict resolution skills.
This experience has left a stain on my views of this specific store as this is not the first time I have had an issue with missing/ incorrect items or employee behavior.

They’re lucky the restroom is open and the service was pretty fast when I ordered online. They didn’t make my order until I showed up though even though I ordered on the app. I still had to wait.
Sadly the dining room is closed and I’m sure like everywhere else, they’re using COVID as an excuse.
Otherwise I’m glad the restrooms were open so I could wash my hands before I eat. Wash your filthy hands people! Food is what you expect from BK.

Simple Person
The employees especially Ofe and Elena are great. Always have a smile on their faces and serve the food as fast as possible without issues. Drink station is nice as it has peace tea on it unsweetened and many other flavors. Restaurant always looks clean and drive thru is steady. Food is hot and taste very good
