As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They served my daughter a burger that looked like it came off the floor. Ice cold, un toasted bun. Unmelted cheese. The fries weren’t even edible, and they burned the cheesecake bites. There is absolutely no chance that anyone could be this inept at serving food by accident.

I recently ordered a baconator on DoorDash from this location. The bun was legitimately stale and hard, and the burger wasn’t t even warm. I decided to eat it since I paid for it and now I’m recovering from food poisoning. My boss also had food poisoning from this same location within the last year. DO BETTER. Western burger tasted old. Wasn’t hot at all, and they forgot bbq sauce. Was already on road and didn’t go back to get corrected. This place used to be good, not sure what happened.

Came down to st.louis to visit my husbands family and wanted to try something new, instead of eating mcd’s, Wendy’s, freddys frozen custard, Taco bell, or ect. .. Absolutely not again, I ordered mix and match for 6.50 and a chicken fry basket and both chicken, my mix and match (deep fish sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich) were really crunchy and old. Doordashed a crispy Garlic Swiss clucker, as is, no modifications. For those that don’t know thats a crispy chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese, crispy onions, and garlic mayo. Instead I recieved a crispy chicken sandwich with american cheese, pickles, bacon, and no sauce on the sandwich at all. It’s honestly pathetic the employee responsible for my sandwich cant make a standard menu item. Do better.

3 strikes and you’re out. I will not be returning. I’ve been here 3 times in the last six months ordering as a single person with a combo meal with few to no modifications and my order has been gotten wrong all 3 times. The place has not been busy each time and now I know why.
This last time not only was I charged full price for each meal item, but I was given a single burger instead of a double with mustard, ketchup AND mayo on it… seriously?!
