As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Rally’s is probably my favorite fast food place. I’m only leaving a review and removing a star because this one doesn’t have chocolate shakes for some reason. The option doesn’t show up on doordash so maybe it is their fault somehow. Only other complaint is to let people sub out ther combo drink with a shake at reduced price. I like all the food I’ve had the only thing I have to complaint about is shake options.

I went through the drive thru today at 2:40pm. The lady on the box talked really fast and yelled and I didn’t understand her. I asked her if she wait a second while I looked at the menu. She again yelled something into the speaker. I then decided on my sandwich and I said. Ok. I’m ready. She yelled how many times do I have to tell you my computer is slow and you’ll have to wait. I set there a minute stunned and finally she said she was ready for me. I tried to explain that I couldn’t understand her cause she was so loud and fast. She stopped me and said that she didn’t want to hear my excuses and what did I want to order. I left without ordering. When I got home, I called to talk to the manager. The same girl answered that was on drive thru. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager on duty. I then told her who I was and that she was so rude to me. She hung up on me. I won’t be back and I just thought you should know.

Went through the drive through, which is literally less than 3 minute drive from my house, my burgers were stone cold and the buns were soggy! I asked for no pickles, they got that right, but it’s swimming in mayonnaise… I like mayo but this is ridiculous… I got 2 burgers and a shake and it came to almost 12 bucks…. I expect better… won’t be back.

Service is great but what is this?! I asked for a large fully loaded fries, No ranch. Drove 25 mins home to open this. A half a glob of cheese in the middle of fries, an a sprinkle of chewy bacon fat pieces on top. I mean this is what I get for $6+ dollars ♀️

Some employees there are rude (and I dont care what kind of day they have had) part of the job is being decent.. it doesn’t matter what job you have or what title or if its temporary whatever you should do the best you can do at whatever your job is because it a reflection of you later in life everything you do can effect you later… retraining and some kind of training of how to work with customers might help and if ya cant read then dont be at the window… it deserves less stars but dont have a half star option.. and fix your online order site while you are at it (they claim they didn’t get it tho its paid for they wouldn’t help at all) do better…

Rally’s is easily one of my favorite fast food spot. I’m rarely ever disappointed. The service is great and also fast. I’ve eaten there several times and they’ve never messed my order up. Knock on wood lol. The workers are always smiling and friendly. (In a professional way). I would most certainly suggest getting food from here.
