Wow, this place totally exceeded my expectations. This is in my opinion THE BEST pizza in the area! I had a pepperoni and mushroom and I ordered a second pepperoni. I also ordered some cheesy garlic bread. ALL were amazing, I will absolutely eat here again. The service was great as well. Also the milk shakes are GREAT and the lady that made them truly loved to make them as well! Seriously give this place a shot.
Only thing I would recommend is to bring back the disco ball!! 🙂

Brick pizza oven new York style pizza. The crust was bubbly , the toppings were plentiful but, not too much, the sauce was delicious, and the cheese perfect. You cannot beat their prices. There was plenty of seating, pool tables, very friendly staff, the menu had a great selection for all ages, my pizza was absolutely perfect and I will be returning regularly from now on. Bring the family and try it for yourself. The drive-in theater is less than a mile down the road. Grab a killer pizza and go see a movie. I can’t express how much we enjoyed the food.

I absolutely enjoyed my visit to JR’s Pizza Palace. The pizza was really good. The crust could have been a little crispier, but it was good. The beef topping was wonderfully seasoned as well.
I absolutely loved talking to the server at the front counter. I will call her the “Duck Lady”. She loves rubber duckies. She was such a joy to be around.
The prices were great and “happy hour for pizza is AWESOME!!! If you’ve got a hungry family and want good pizza, JR’s is a great place to consider.
I am looking forward to going back and sharing time with my family & friends there.

Food was delicious, half Hawaiian half pepperoni and got the garlic cheese bread. Will definitely be my go to pizza place. So much better than having to drive into Dothan. Great pizza! Inside looks fun, will be even better if they can sell beer soon, looks like a great place to watch college football on Saturdays.

So staying in rural Alabama and you see JR’s Pizza Palace. What do you do? You go to JR’s Pizza Palace! Cold beer and wine at the bar. Pool tables and games throughout. Surprisingly great pizza! They really did a great job with the sauce and toppings. Crust was perfect. Loved it!

I’ve been by twice now, and the food is great. 2x handmade Angus patties…on toasted potato bread…with bacon…and cheese…and shoestring fries…for 8 bucks, sheeeeesh. Seasoning in the burger is on point and I recommend to the next man. Cooked fresh, so you may wait a few if you don’t call in. In the same breath, good food ain’t instant or baked under a heat lamp all day. They do allow smoking, but I couldn’t smell anything, nor could my helper.
