As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I had went there today bcuz I was super hungry and just wanted to grab a bite.
I got the chicken bite box.
I had to wait about 5-7 mins and i was the only one in line
I received my food the man running the window was very nice
I drive off reach in for the box and open it and the fries AND the chicken were extremely over fried
Tasted horrible and I threw it away
I dont recommend eating there

First time here. I notice they use sweeter buns or buttered buns. Kinda like Hawaiian buns or it is? They’re not bad. I felt like my burger had too much sauce together that made my burger messy to eat. But still good either way. I thought the burgers were small, yet they it still fills you up. Give it a try!

They closed the walk up window but never had a sign or anything to indicate that it was drive-through only and then the staff was very curt and short when taking the order I understand everybody gets busy and has bad days but it shouldn’t be passed on to the customer. They forgot parts of the order and took a while to make things right. Could use some work on the service part of things but the food was good

We were the only people in the drive-thru, but we waited 10 minutes for the food. Food was luke warm. The gentleman who took the order over the intercom was not very friendly. The woman at the window did apologize for taking so long.

Rude staff and terrible service. Couldn’t even eat this. The sauce was through the wrapper and the bottom bun was nothing but sog. Clearly bad service because they didn’t like the person I had pick up my order because of something that happened back in high school. Have some accountability and grow up, instead of messing with people’s food.

Oh my gosh this place is horrible. I’ve never written a review like this but as a paying customer I want to warn others to avoid this place. The food its self is horrible, I’ve had Checkers and it was good but this Rallys/Checkers is not good sorry.

The burger patties are not great but the staff is. The price for what you get is pretty bad, I would compare their burger quality to great value frozen patties but instead of 20 you get one. Their fries and loaded fries are good and their staff is amazing atleast when I went there. If the food was even half as good as it cost I would have given 5 stars solely based on how amazing their staff was.

Worst customer service.
Refused to do walk up service. I was with my family, 3 kids and pulling a travel trailer. If I could have done the drive thru, I would have but refused walk up at the window even though it stated it was open until 8.
Do Better especially when there are 3 hungry young children. Shame on you.

I have made 5, yes FIVE attempts to order here in the last few months. Every single time, without exception, they make a DIFFERENT excuse as to why they aren’t open during business hours. I have not once actually been able to order any food. This time i waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes before they told me they can’t take any orders that aren’t door dash. Last time i called their corporate number, surprise, no one followed up. I am beyond amazed that Rally’s even still allows their name on the building when every single employee tells almost every single customer to leave all day long. It’s insanity
