As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My spicy chicken was bun soggy and had more mayonnaise & lettuce on the wrapper than the sandwich itself. I also asked for a xl fry & they gave me a fry lovers burger instead? Today you guys were a real letdown. I have pictures of it. I usually come here 2-3x per week but probably won’t anymore after this visit.

We just tried to come through tonight at 11:00 and when the worker came to the speaker they rudely stated that they might as well wait on us with a half an hour left before close we were confused and told them we had no idea what that meant then rudley that the same statement again basically saying they didn’t want to wait on us a half an hour before they close so we continued with our order and somebody came on the speaker and said 6 minute wait as if we weren’t going to wait anyways then basically laughed in our face as we pulled off we will never come here again we coming through at least once or twice a month and will not be coming back I hope something is done about those employees as they were rude to good customers

Apparently they dont check the bags to make sure they are giving the door dash person the right order. Got it delivered and not even close to what I ordered. Called and the employee was rude and they basically wanted me to drive back there and get my order. I said forget it. I dont care if there was 2 orders by each other like they said. They should of checked the bags

Sat in line for 30 mins and as soon as I got to the ordering menu some kid told me they were closing. Mind you there were 4 other cars behind me also waiting. I’m sure corporate is going to love hearing about this. Never eat here, they don’t care about their customers

most of the time the food is fine and the staff is at least friendly not sure what was different today, but the woman at the window was rude and walked away in the middle of me trying to ask a question.

Whoever your staff member was working the window today at 3:30 when I came to replace my order, AND spend an additional $30, was ridiculously rude. It wouldn’t allow us to order at the speaker since for some reason everything has to be run by robots rather than people. So we pull to the window and I’m trying to tell him my replacement order (from the passenger seat since my mom was driving and didn’t want to mess it up), and he didn’t even let me finish telling him the order that I was promised for replacement. Just said he couldn’t hear me and needed my mom to order. Although he heard me fine since he clearly heard my name and what I needed replaced. After we ordered i tried to ask if he heard me say it was a meal and he says “whatever is in the book we will bring you”. So I asked if he planned to come back to ask my drink order then. Could had went much smoother if he wasn’t so rude. You’d think when replacing food that you messed up last time you’d be a little kinder to the person. Guess not. Will be sure to only use Garfield’s location moving forward.
ETA: and the replacement order was WRONG ONCE AGAIN!!! It was original chicken sandwich when I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Which was missing last time and wrong this time. And got called a liar when I called to tell them even though i wasn’t even asking for a replacement as I won’t be back there. I got told “that’s not even possible.” Well ill add a photo of the sandwich I’m lying about.

Ordered 2 double chicken sandwiches and a large Fries to go. Sandwich looks like it was pooped out. Store forgot my fries. I know I should have checked, bad on me, but come on. It was a three item order. There is no excuse! Can ANYONE get a to go order right anymore?
