The location is rarely open. When it is open the service is slow and the employees are rude. Sabrina, the manager the night I went in last was super rude and she seemed more concerned with being intimate with her worker over taking care of customers. Depending on the time of day you can pull up to the workers sitting in vehicles smoking weed. The guy Devonte kept laughing about our order being incorrect like it was funny that I paid for food my family won’t eat. I used to absolutely LOVE rallys and this location was awesome but not anymore. Hopefully something is done and they get it back to the greatness it could be.

I would never go here again even if it was the last place on earth with food. I asked for a sandwich without BBQ sauce(bc BBQ sauce on a burger sound’s disgusting and it was), she REPEATED IT BACK TO ME. NO BBQ SAUCE RIGHT? Right. It had sauce. So I drive off ten mins down the road and see it has sauce. Irritated and no longer hungry I take it back for a refund and they tell me I can’t have a refund? Instead make me wait for 10 mins and give me a burger with extra mayo and raw onions instead of the grilled onions like it was supposed to be. Like you clearly didn’t even try and I just wanted my money back. I also paid for a medium upcharge and only got the small. They are incredibly rude here too. Would not recommend spending your money at this location

Why one star? Let me count the ways: 1) Only one person on shift. 2) Placed my order in one lane and was told to go to the other lane to wait. 3) TWENTY MINUTE WAIT. 4) Long wait due to girl inside preparing food with only one hand(the other was holding her cell phone to her ear). 5) No apology for long wait time. I can pretty much guarantee that I won’t be going back.

When I visited the location on Madison in Muncie I found Isiah working alone. He was taking orders, collecting money, preparing food, getting drinks, all by himself. He was kind and considerate and friendly. I really appreciate his excellent service!

The girl with the red in her hair weave that was falling apart is the one that took our order we told her we needed a second because we were trying to get our app to load and we weren’t sure what we wanted to order and she asked us three times what we wanted to order and then told us that our drive-through code didn’t matter and acted like she had better things to do. Let me take our order once we got to the window. She didn’t know how to get the code entered in the computer she asked for my barcode and then had no idea how to use my rewards, but overall had the worst attitude I’ve ever heard anybody in the food industry have and I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant that’s saying something! And she forgot her drinks and she seemed like she overall had so much better things to do than being at work tonight

I have never experienced such a disrespectful person in my 24 years on this planet. I get it, you work fast food. Nobody likes working fast food, but that is not my fault. The “princess” working the drive thru at 2:20pm today needs a serious attitude check. I placed an online order and pulled up to the speaker, she gets on the speaker and says “what”, told her my name and that I had an online order, “okay well you need to pull to the other side we don’t do mobile orders on this side”, she then proceeds to cuss at me over the speaker and tells me to pull into a parking spot (I didn’t have a passenger with me so I couldn’t have gone to the other window). I will NEVER come back here nor will I ever recommend this location to anyone I know.

I will admit, I love me Some Rally’s. But this was a very poor service. The food was hot but not delightful. While waiting for food the manager was very disrespectful. Yelling at customers cause they wondered if open, asked questions and she kept forgetting everyone order. Not big fan of how customers were being treated.

I understand being busy and only having two people working I’ve done it before but at no point does that mean that the drive thru employee should be rude. We waited for 10ish minutes and didn’t even remotely get rude towards him. Hopefully he can have a better rest of his night but I’m serious disappointed. Then they can’t even get our food right so now my husband doesn’t have dinner
