As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We were hungry and has never eaten at Rallys before. There is nowhere to sit and eat, only drive through or carry out. We waited for at least ten minutes before an employee greeted us, telling us they’d be right with us. Then 6 young boys walked inside, cussing and using vulgar language. One knocked on the order window and soon after a male employee came to the window then gave them all drinks. The boys left and we waited another 5 minutes to order. We got the chicken bites and fries basket and he got chicken tenders. He didn’t complain about his so I guess it was ok. My chicken bites were like little rocks and my fries were cold. We both tried ordering milk shakes with our meals (because they are on the menu) but she said they actually don’t serve milk shakes at that location anymore….how disappointing. Overall it was a terrible first experience and I don’t think we’ll be repeating.

Haven’t been to Rally’s in awhile. But man did it hit the spot. Got the pretzel pubster meal for just 6 bucks!! Food came out fresh and delicious! I will definitely be coming back for more.

Great service. Perfect Rally’s atmosphere. Clean lot. I know it’s not normal to hear or say this about a Rally’s. I’ve always loved their burgers, fries, and shakes! This was the worst food ever!! I tried a spicy chicken sandwich. automatically started smashing it. I was starving, you know, you start feeling crazy, type of starving. The chicken sandwich was about the size of a white castle hamburger and it was deepfried. It was over cooked and dry. I was disappointed.

I haven’t been to Rally’s in about 4 years because it’s always slow and everything is always completely wrong. Thought I’d try again tonight hoping it would be better…. I asked for a double burger with nothing but the patties and cheese. It had EVERYTHING in abundance. I also got a chili dog and it is very obvious the chili had been left in a pot, dried completely out and they added ketchup to try and moisten it up. The bun is hard, the hotdog is completely dried out. We won’t be going back. I hope someone decides to take some pride in their business and make some changes.

Chicken strips and fries : only 1 strip was edible, the rest were old or overcooked. Fries are good.

If you are a Rally’s fan (and I am) then you know a Rally Burger combo simply cannot be beat. My cheeseburger is always fresh and hot and my fries are sizzling and crunchy and SO yummy. The lady in the window was awesome when I told her how far I had driven for my meal.
I never pass up an opportunity for a Rally’s combo.
