Pretty decent McDonalds for the area. They are quick and attentive. Only had one mistake and they fixed it promptly. Only thing is that a handful of employees tend to not push the drink cups all the way down in the tray and itll topple over in the car. Happened a couple times. But still, good spot. Fries are amazing.

Placed an order to go at the kiosk, the staff placed the order at the mobile pick up space and never told us the order was ready, when we figured it out there was no coffee and when we tried to get the employees attention, we received a harsh toned response that they were busy with other orders and had to wait for the coffee, 2 other people were in the restaurant and the drive through was empty…not a good way to handle your clients, the response should have been handled much nicer

Fastest-most polite McDonald’s ever. Today I was in the drive-through and I had just paid at the first window very polite young man attended me at 1st window. I came up to second window still had my card in hand when they were passing me my food at the second window, like it was that fast.

Never go here they mess up your order here the cashiers are really good but the people bagging the food and making the food don’t know what there doing the cashiers need to be the manager they look like they know what’s going on more then anybody in there.

We came here for the first time and to our surprise this place looked awesome lots of parking, drive thru, spacious, super clean, brightly lit, and beautiful as compared to McDonalds in Michigan. We ordered through the touch screens… by the way there are 4 of those. We loved it as it gave us time and clarity to look and think for the items we would like to add to our order and it was super easy and convenient. After placing our order, the service was quick and the server was nice. Would recommend this place if you love McDonald’s!

They can’t get an order right if you paid them for it twice. I literally did and got the same wrong order and when they fixed it, see the chicken sandwich I was served. THEY’RE TWO DIFFERENT SANDWICHES. They likely just handed me back the same one I sent back. The district manager doesn’t care either. I tried that route. Just drive a little farther down 1&9 and get a better experience.
