As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Went through drive and ordered a regular double cheeseburger combo plain & a Big Buford Swiss Combo Large…
They pulled ne to the 2nd window which was fine…
Got food and pulled to a parking spot so my daughter & I could eat and realized we were missing the large coke… Wasn’t to worried about that as I had a 20 Oz bottle of coke in my car…
Then getting the food out we noticed no fries in the bag, so we went back through drive and the girl got the manager… He asked for the receipt and I stated I had tossed it in the trash pulling out of drive…
He began to question if we ordered fries and I stated you took the order & read it back and you stated meals so I know he knew we asked for Combos… He then got a bit of an attitude and has his employee get the fries…
I am a General Manager at a competing fast food place so I understand mistakes happen in bagging… It was just his attitude when we went back in for forgotten fries that took this from a 5 star review to a 3….
Otherwise the food was absolutely delicious, hot, tasty and service was quick… The lot was clean and cars were not bottlenecked in drive…
I dont want this Manager to get in any trouble because during the overtaking process he was absolutely great, just would like to see a little coaching… No sense in alienating guest over 2 fries….

I added Extra patty, Extra Cheese. They forgot the extra patty and completely removed the cheese? Should reading tests be part of the interview process? Horrible, never again with is unfortunate because I enjoy Rally’s.

This was absolutely terrible. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. At first, I didn’t think there was anything but bread… barely a patty AT ALL. PATHETIC.

Food is great, especially when everything else has closed.. Service would of been 4 stars but they didn’t respond after pulling up to place an order, making me think maybe they were closed. I pulled up to the drive thru window didn’t see anybody but noticed their hrs posted on window and they should be open. so I drove around to the drive-thru again and this time they responded and took my order. and everything was good from there. Atmosphere got 2 stars just because of where it’s located. Not the nicest part of town by any means.

Horrible. Ordered online. Fries are so soggy and cold in my chicken and fry box. Employee at the window was rude. Ordered a banana shake was told “oh we’re out only have vanilla” after she handed it to me and shut the window right after speaking. Just rude and unprofessional compared to the one on west 10th street by the 7th 8th grade center. Will be making the extra drive from now on.

Went here for lunch. Myself, my husband and our three littles. The woman who took our order was rude, impatient and seemed to not want to be there. THE FOOD!! We ordered two chicken bites boxes, two rally burgers with cheese and two double rally burgers with cheese. One box legit had 5 pieces of chicken in it, the other had three. The burgers, if I remember correctly are supposed to have cheese, lettuce, mayo, onion, tomato and pickles. What we received was far from what we should have gotten. The burgers had no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, one skimpy piece of onion, 2 pickles and the tiniest squirt of mayo. The burger, like the meat itself, tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It was dry and flavorless and just gross. The fries and chicken bites box was the only thing that didn’t disappoint. We are never going back to this location after giving several tries time and time again, thinking maybe it’s just a fluke. They don’t even deserve the one star. People used to take pride in what they did, even if it was a fast food job. NOW, people don’t care at all. Hopefully we don’t get sick or Corporate will have some explaining to do to our lawyers. Do better people!!

Man I’ve had mostly good visits here, last night I went and and my sandwiches were amazing. There was this big white fella in there making it and I’ve had great experiences with him before. I been trying to get food from there 5 night in a row the first three nights didn’t nobody even answered the speaker the fourth night the fryers was down so all they were selling was just sandwiches and then tonight all the police was in there and I couldn’t get the food so I will never come back here again it’s trash. They need to just close this place down.
