Stopped by the tap house on this rainy afternoon and grabbed a Bold Rock Hard Cider Apple
Man… just what I needed.
There’s something about that first crisp, cold sip that just hits different when it’s pouring outside. Smooth, refreshing, not too sweet just clean apple flavor that kind of washes the day off your shoulders. The rain’s coming down, the vibe is calm, and that cider just takes the edge off.
Sometimes all you need is a quiet spot, good atmosphere, and a cold one to let the worries drift away.
Rainy days aren’t so bad after all.

Not sure why this has such a low review that atmosphere is amazing and I love the 50 beer pours on tap. The atmosphere is more sports bar but definitely family-friendly. Our server Nicole was amazing she went out of her way to help us and was so friendly and down-to-earth it made it even easier to love this place. My husband and I got the grilled chicken tacos and they were very good, if we lived in the area we would definitely become regulars.

American Tap House is a fun spot with a lively atmosphere and great service. The wings were really good and full of flavor, and the burger, however, wasn’t as good as I had hoped, which is why I’m giving four stars instead of five. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I’d still recommend it for the wings and friendly service.

Had a great meal here with my family. The customer service was super friendly and fast. Food was fast and hot, drinks were cold and replenished quickly. My hamburger and fries were delicious, I really like their way of making fries. The wife and daughter had the fish tacos and loved them. Son had a bacon cheeseburger and woofed it down. The decor is great, the facility was clean and organized. Lots of tvs going, with games playing. Lots of open space also, it makes it nicer when you are not crowded, eating over someone.
Once again the service was a big deal to me, everyone was awesome!

If I could give zero stars, I would. As someone who works in the service industry, I was shocked by the service I received or better yet, did not receive. I would not recommend eating here if you have any allergies. I made it very known to my server that I have severe allergies, asked questions regarding food items and what would be safe. My server said she didn’t know nor did she care to learn. Told me at her last job she knew everything before they closed and now she didn’t care to make the effort to learn at this place. She did not ask the cooks any questions. My first mistake was choosing to stay and trust they wouldn’t kill me. My burger came out with no cheese. Perfect. However, bun seemed toasted. Couldn’t find my server to ask so I decided not to risk it and took the bun off. I was still hesitant so I stuck to eating fries for a bit, barely took a bite of my burger patty, and waited to see if It was safe to eat. I had a full blown allergic reaction. My boyfriend immediately asked if they had Benadryl and for the check. My server then continued laughing and joking with her coworkers while I was minutes away from going into anaphylactic shock. My boyfriend almost walked out without his debit card. Management did nothing. And my boyfriend was charged for the burger that I took one small bite of before I had to leave. Would not recommend. Worst experience I’ve ever had eating out. I’ve been bartending and serving for years and never had someone so careless serve me.

This is the worst service I have ever had. Walked in guy at the front didn’t even say hi just asked how many people there were and was pouting the entire time. We walked in at around 530-6 and online it said they closed at 8. As soon as we sat the waiter was rushing us and before we even ordered he said that the kitchen was closing. Soda was flat. Fries were undercooked. Chicken fingers were burnt. We also got an appetizer and the server did not give us any plates. My mother ordered a salad that was an additional $3 with her meal and never received it when she asked him to take it off the bill, he didn’t even say sorry. Never came back to check on us when we received our food and didn’t ask for boxes. At the end before we were about to leave he was staring at my father’s wallet as he was deciding how to pay/how much to tip. Extremely disrespectful and then proceeded to grab the cash left for the tip in front of us before we even walked away from the table. Do not recommend.

Personable staff and a really great big open atmosphere! They share the kitchen with Roosters restaurant & Bar but the atmosphere in both is very different. Roosters is more mom and pop smaller diner feel whereas the Tap house is a sports bar feel with a restaurant inside. The food was all really good. The chips & salsa was too small of a portion for $12 but otherwise the prices for the rest of the dishes were reasonable. Chips and fish were delicious and everyones meal was equally enjoyed.

I found a bug in my food. But, they had just sprayed and did comp my first beer and entree. However, and I really hate to do this, but I’d think twice about eating here. The food itself and the service on my past visits, including this one, were great. Everything is priced fairly, but finding a bug in my food is usually a major red flag. Overall, pretty good option, but I’d be a little weary about ordering food here.
