As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I bought two chicken bite boxes for two of my kids that are teenagers and a medium root beer. I even looked at asked the lady at the window about it and she said they put then now in 1 box when you order 2. I understand that but this isnt going to feed 2 teenagers and there isnt barely any chicken. I even showed the lady and still couldnt get fixed. I definitely will not be coming back here.

Typical Atmosphere for a Rally’s, standard food. However after doing multiple drive through orders over the past months they consistently forget or dont check to ensure everything you order ends up in the bag. They used to not have this issue. So, I used to think this place was a solid 4 star for a late night bite but after my experience tonight I do not think I ever want to go back.
I paid for a triple when I had received a double.
I asked for no lettuce yet I still got it.
I asked for no pickles yet I still got it. On both the fries and the burger.
The only thing they got right was the upcharge on the fries and no ice in my drink. I will post the photos. in an hour or so.
God Forbid should I do secret shopping late night. Some people might actually lose their job. Luckily I only do it during the day light hours.

I ask for my food to be fresh and the people here this is some kind of joke ,if you can’t do the job just quit and for you to have the customer to ask for the food/fries to be fresh and you dunk them back in the fryer and the customer sees you doing it is disgusting $20 plus dollars for food and this is how you treat the customer, and play the game with food safety? Keep in mind without customers you have no job. I’m done with this place.

If have a problem with management you shouldn’t complain in front of customer. You shouldn’t have to stand at front counter more than 5 minutes waiting for acknowledgement no cars in drive thru or any people in lobby

Was traveling through the area on 07/14/24 stopped in for lunch. This is the only Rallys I’ve ever eaten at with indoor seating. Food was okay not great not bad just okay. Hand cleaner in the bathroom was empty as well the one outside the restroom.

The people were very rude. They had snippy tones, and no kindness in anyway shape or form. They seemed to hate their job and dread it. I understand this is a chaotic week with gen con and people have been rude but being rude to all customers is unacceptable. They all need to be retrained here.
