NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!! So unprofessional and food is disgusting. Placed order at 1am in drive through. Cashier was clearly under the influence of drugs, dirty, told me he had to toast the bread for my burger and that I had to pull out of drive through and pull back into the other drive through if I wanted my food. I knew I shouldn’t have ate in price hill, I’m surprised this place is even still open, I reluctantly pulled into traffic and back around to the other window, waited 15 minutes for them to hand me my order, and was missing items.. I asked for my drink and the other sandwich in my order and I was told I didn’t order that, until I showed my receipt. everything was cold, bread(that I waited 15 mins for) was cold to the touch and rock hard, ENTIRE ORDER WAS INEDIBLE AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD LOOK Into this. everyone I talked to was rude, inarticulate , dirty and incapable of completing a sentence, let alone providing any level of customer service. I got home and opened my sandwich and this is what I saw. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS this rally’s should have been shut down years ago!

I wish I could simply place my order and get the food. Who’s bright idea is it to place your order then pull back out on glenway just to go to the other window which takes forever. This happens to me every time I go there which means I can rarely go there because I don’t have 30 mins to wait for a few burgers. Dang I wish I would have took a pic of the line and the mess in the parking lot this causes. Maybe one day they can figure it out and give good service and make themselves more money hint to the owner.free of charge.
We’ll just tried them again a few days later. It was 1145 pm. Got 2 rallyburgers and an order of mozzarella sticks. No one was in line but once again told to pull out and pull around to the other window. Sorry maybe it’s just me, but that annoys me so bad. Lol. Pulled around and sit there for awhile and when they finally come to the window they think I’m a doordasher. Wow!!

They focus more on drive-thru orders than walk-in but that’s common these days. The fries were hot & fresh but there was not a lot of bacon on my Baconzilla…it’s literally IN the name!

Was just in there. Drive through was lined up so I went in to order. Sat there for 10 minutes while I could here the staff talking very inappropriate. By the way they knew I was standing there. After 15 minutes of nobody saying a single word to me I walked out and went elsewhere.. Very unprofessional and embarrassing if it was my business. Don’t know why but I decided to go back today and waited 10 min before I was even acknowledged then this is what I paid for without a receipt. Sad

I had to repeat my order three times and by the time I made it to the window they still didn’t have the order right so I had ordered a fourth time and then I had to pull around and wait for it to be made. I will never go there again unless I absolutely have to or am desperate enough to do so.

So the way they make you order here is ridiculous. Pulling unto a busy street to sit in the drive thru again for a total of twenty minutes today. The cherry on top was I paid for and ordered a baconzilla combo and was given one of the five dollar value meals and they told me it was the correct order and it was most definitely not. Feeling ripped off and done with rally’s.

Took awhile very busy, but the food was hot and good. Workers were very nice. First time I went here it was good but the last couple of times way different story. Twice there was some reason why they weren’t taking orders and was very rude. And once walked up there in plenty of time to go in and order if fact in was 2 in a half hours before they locked the doors and it was locked but they were doing the drive thru. I keep getting short a hamburger not once but twice told them right away and made us feel like we were in the wrong. Even counted it before we pulled away from the window and they would not fix it. So I give up on this place for good. I wouldn’t tell anyone anymore to go there like I used to. It’s sad it was good.

Look I’m not blaming the people that work inside obviously this is an issue with upper management still they make you order and pay then pull out onto a busy street and pull back in into another line and make you wait forever and you’re stuck in this line . The line if it moves at all…one car moves every 12 minutes and you’ve already paid so you can’t just leave because of how poor the services is. terrible terrible management this place needs to be redone or shut down and I love your all food get it together people I’m gonna be late for my appointment now because I’ve been sitting in this line for 30 minutes after I paid five minutes before I paid. Very sad to run a business this way.

My son came through the drive thru last evening. He was told that there is an upcharge for substituting cheese on the barbeque sandwich. When we’ve come through within the last month there wasn’t an upcharge for that. I believe that from one person to the next, sometimes things change. His apple pie was missing. When he pulled back to the window to get it, he was not treated with kindness, he received a nasty demeanor. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake cup. The cup was 3/4 full. It comes with a dome lid that used to be filled. We are charged more, given less and the service is awful ! I will not return and I would advise anyone to bypass this restaurant!!!!!
