As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Waited in line for well over 40 minutes for an online order. Obviously mobile orders are last priority, because multiple cars went in from of me. Horrific customer service and dog water food. If I could give this one start i would. Forgot my sauce and food was cold.

I ordered the 2 for 4 sandwiches one chili dog NO ONION the other was a classic burger with NO LETTUCE NO TOMATO AND NO MAYO I also ordered a #3 and cheesecake bites and Philly cheesecake bites. Out of my whole order I received a chili dog with onion on it when I requested no onions I also received a classic burger with lettuce on it I DID NOT RECEIVE MY #3 burger only the fries. So I spent money on food I did not receive and or that was incorrect very unpleased with the business of this place.

Absolutely insane waited 35 minutes for one combo at 130 in the afternoon. Only person there took 10 minutes just to get someone to acknowledge me. This is beyond bad. At this point just shut this location down they cant handle one order.

Whoever owns this franchise should be forced to sell by corporate. Probably the worst Rally’s in the state and that says a lot because the bar is low. The girl at the window can do better, everyone else there including the owner deserves the worst in life.

The people working there at nights deserve better treatment, half of the time they’re short staff and really busy. This night when me and my boyfriend went , the chick who ran us up was very sweet and kind towards us. We tipped her 20$ and got extra food on top of that. Y’all really need to be patient with them and kind, they deserve it.

First time at a Rally’s in years. The Big Buford was excellent. Tried my wife’s fish sandwich and it was much better than I expected for the price. Quick, polite service. Would definitely go again when in the area.

They never give you your whole order. Always missing items and if you order after midnight its random what you get on your burgers. Its like they just run out of ingredients and just leave them off. Its also consistently ice cold.

Great food by fast food standards at an ok price, but don’t bother with any special instructions. Even asking for no sauce on your sandwich will result in the default preparation being served to you, sauce and all. Thought it might be a one or two time mistake so didn’t review before. But three times in a row?
