As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Latest pic looks like and is burnt fish, not shown are some reheated or burned fries that became bird food. Those burned fries were given to me by the manager.

June 2024 update rating hasn’t changed, but at least I wasn’t turned away, told no food, changed or staff, they actually filled my order after 10 minutes wait.
It’s been year’s since I gave this location the worst of all ratings. At times they had good mgt, but there’s always been disappointment here. From not having enough workers, to not having change, to not having particular items. Tonight was another 1st, after a 10 minute wait, I was told they were only serving Doordarshan. It was 9:30pm

Waited 25 mins in the line and the speaker to order from was not working. Got to the window and they said it would be 6mins just for a chicken mother clucker and a fry. It took them 15 mins and they did not say a single word when they handed it to me yet alone “sorry for the wait”. The chicken was burnt and they forgot the tomato. Absolutely disgusted by the sandwich and lack of customer service. Absolutely not worth $10.

There was a man and woman working they were the nicest people I had to deal with today while dashing they made sure my customers food was fresh out and communicated about my wait for the order. Will pickup from them any day.

They took forever to even take our order then once we ordered they had a attitude with us for what we were ordering and we got our food and didnt have everything im our bag i just left 5 mins ago

We left without even getting our food. Had people standing at the drive thru talking. The staff started telling the people that came in behind us they was only accepting cash. When my husband asked if they could take our card they said “yeah we just tryin to get up outta here”. Once we paid they asked us to pull around to the other window. The one normally used for mobile pickup. At that window there was 4-5 people standing, another car in the line preventing us from pulling in so we went around. Once we got in the line they was still directing other people from the ordering line in preventing us from actually pulling up to the window. After waiting 20 minutes and still no food we left making us lose $30. Poor way to do business. If there was a zero star option that’s what I’d give!

We didn’t respond to your reply because the owner of this establishments service guy reached out wanting more information and to right the wrong. It is now October 1st and we have yet to receive a refund.

They have a special needs young lady working at the front window who messes up orders and hands out the wrong change. Supervisor was too busy on the phone to correct her. Why on Earth would you put someone who can’t count and doesn’t know the difference between fruit punch juice and strawberry soda at the front window? If that’s not bad enough, the girl put SWISS CHEESE on my burger. Who the hell puts swiss on a burger??? You guys really dropped the ball and I won’t be back.

So I’ve been coming to this rally since I’ve been a kid and my grandmother first introduced me to rallies. So sometimes I like to come to the specific one because it Remind me of the times I have my grammar not that she has passed. No, I’m pretty used to most of the shenanigans that go on within rallies with stealing people money only asking for cash so you can pocket it or only that they’re accepting DoorDash so they don’t have to take any orders. specific for my sandwiches the way I always get them and have been getting them for years which is the two for 4.50 spicy chicken sandwiches and I have fries on the sandwich. when I took my order, the cashier was extremely rude rushing and seemed like I was taking up her time a person that works in the service industry. I understand you have a long day and sometimes you’re just drained so I let that not phase me. so I continue to order my food and I asked for the specific having fries on the sandwich. There was a lot no no no no being screamed To level, I can hear it over the microphone so I said OK no problem. I’ll take your it regular. When I pull around to get my food, the manager was extremely rude and threw the food in my hands. I let it slide. on today I went back because it was the only thing that was open due to a power outage in the city and I proceeded to order and when I started to order, the lady said yeah it’s 50 OK cool I understand that I am willing to pay around to paying and getting my drinks and pulling around to grab my food. The manager decided to come to the thing and tell me why do you keep asking for this not already told you, I said you told me know that night I just figured you in the bad mood and you yelled that night you never gave me an explanation. You never told me that this is only offered on DoorDash not in store, which would’ve been understandable and I would never ask. I explained to him that he was being extremely rude and I didn’t like that and I have to prove it. I talk to him in the respectful manner and he decided to roll his eyes and act like I was doing something so malicious or insidious towards him that he starts to get rowdy and belligerent And then proceeds to threaten me and my two minor daughters that were in the car something to be done about this because I will be filing charges against him in the morning at the police station never thought ordering takeout would result in such a violent act and disrespectful commentary again he threw the food into my hand To be done about this as soon as possible, for I have my lawyers, looking into suing the store itself
