Waited over an hour and 45 minutes for our food. This is not FAST FOOD. Female Employee was incredibly rude, yelling at everyone. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I understand being behind and over busy, but this is a constant issue per the latter reviews.

Today is 2/13/25 and it’s around 730p. There was a male and female working and they were phenomenal. My order took a little longer, but they explained it was being made fresh, and it was noticeable. The food was great! They both were very cheerful throughout my time in drive through, as well as while I was waiting for my food with the other customers in the line. Thank you for being great!! 🙂

I purchased a couple small finish line combos small pop small fry and a six piece mozzarella stick. The service was good. However, the meals were child size meals. When I say this, I mean, they are tiny. Something you would give a toddler. There was hardly any meat on the bun. The fries were super small something that you’ve given a little kid to eat. There was more pop in a can of Coke than in that small cup of pop, which was really A value size or child size pop. If these combos get any smaller, it’s not even worth it to sell the product! It keeps getting smaller and smaller over the past three years. I paid $20 for those two meals and six piece mozzarella stick, which was two regular sized mozzarella sticks broke up into six small ones if you look at it in reality. I made a complaint to corporate. I feel like I got robbed. I could’ve bought two big Mac meals at McDonald’s for $20. Consider adding value to the meal by making them a decent size. I feel that maybe because you’re offering coupons still that you’re raising the price to lower it back down To what it really cost costs to make the customer feel like they’re getting a deal when actuality they’re not getting a deal. They’re getting value size meals for regular price.

Absolutely horrible service, stood in the lobby for over 15 minutes before someone even took my order. The one cook was wearing flip-flops with socks while cooking, completely. Unsanitary. Don’t waste your time or money coming to this location

I already have to be convinced by my fiance, but I think now we are both just done with this Rally’s. We waited over 2 HOURS for our food. At first when we ordered, the manager was YELLING at one of the employees, probably rightfully so as to what we experienced. We ordered and paid at 9:24pm and it was brought out to us at 11:36pm. We talked to the same employee who was running food to cars in the parking lot four separate times. He said that she, (I can only assume the manger, as she was the only female) hasn’t made our order yet. Once it hit an hour and 40 minutes, we finally rejoined the line to get a refund. After, joining the line we pulled up to the window to have to repeat our order for a 6th time at this point to the same employee that was running everyone’s food. The manger told him she made that order and asked him where he took it, turn out he took it to the wrong car. So this makes us believe he never even told her about the missing order. She then came to the window and said she was making it and that she knows the car we are in and she herself would bring it out to us. The food was only decent because it was made fresh. Very disappointed in the customer service, the male employee was very unprofessional and cussing and VERY rude.

Employee at the Drive-through doesn’t have empathy or social manners as he was making fun of me after I ask him twice for a marinara sauce he literally mock me in front of the other employees! He seems high or stone. They don’t have respect for the customer even though you are spending money they make fun of you right in front of your face!

It was in the morning, no breakfast menu, just an FYI. Bad neighborhood excellent hot food. Used drive thru. Good had to be brought out to me. Charging .50 per hot sauce just so you know in advance.

Prices on board do not match receipt by a lot,and when brought to cashier and managers attention, i was told they haven’t had a chance to change board to the new prices. However, I was never informed before my card was charged.
