As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The lady was rude because I asked for packs of mayonnaise but the service was fast I tried to add on a banana milkshake at the window because my husband forgot to ask for it and she told me I had to go back around to order that at the speaker box I could not add on at the window other than that service the meal was good the line was fast

So I ordered the fry season strips. Once again I asked my order to be fresh off the grease. I received my food and it was burnt fries were redrapped and they tasted like nothing but Grease I don’t see what’s hard about making orders when they come in I don’t want any warmer food for the price that I’m paying it doesn’t make sense

It needs improvement, they didn’t tell me that I couldn’t use my coupon even after they cofirmed that they knew that I was using one. They waited until I got to the window to tell me that I couldn’t use it, and they tried to make me pay full price. This is not the only problem I had. I gave 5 stars because other people in this world is fighting to get a bowl of oatmeal, but I still thank God that at least I can afford a buger. Ima just be grateful. I’ll still go back
